I use it with fresh milk, and it is a pleasure to drink ! And the effects are very good, the result is seen when I ride more than five time a week.

Very easy to drink. Goes down very easily which is helpful after a hard run or bike ride. Could be a bit sweet tasting for some though.

Only use after running in the hopes of no cramps/muscle soreness ..... So far so good. Bought the strawberry flavour this 1st time, has a nice taste. May try the vanilla, so yes, I'll be re-ordering.
