Very soluble powder, easy to drink mixed with protein powder, would pay for it but recieved it as a free gift with my main order.

Never having tried this product from a different supplier/brand I have nothing against which to make quality comparisons. No idea if it's working yet as it's too soon to say. Ordering process was straightforward and the item arrived when it should and in good condition, which is the least one could hope for.

I am a 61 year old woman and I really feel it is helping to reverse the sarcopenia in my muscles. I am finding training easier and I am hopeful that with some structured weight training, I will be able to get my running speeds back up too. Some benefits I had not anticipated are (a) my skin looks great and well hydrated; (b) my sleep has improved; and (c) my body is becoming happier with a diet higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates. Will certainly keep on taking this product.
