It's a burst of high caffeine. Not for everyone. Makes me tingle - hot pins & needles. Powers you through very easily. Tasted great.

Tried one of these in the gym for the first time and the taste was incredible but it also acted like a pre workout giving me a few hand tingles and I had so much energy to complete my session without the hard crash I feel like pre workout gives me so I came online and purchase a whole crate.
