The order process was fantastic i.e
The order process was fantastic i.e. easy to use ordering platform, quick delivery, good updates, etc. However, there was a problem with the actual product. I had ordered blue rollerball refills but received black ones. This was not a trainsmash and I kept the black ones but I did prefer blue.
