I am fitness trainer. I wanted a fitness app for my personal training clients. I went with AppsGenie and explained them every feature I wanted. Thanks to Roy who communicated my desires to the dev team. The app is perfect for my clients and is helping the min their fitness journey very well.

I got their reference via Bark. It was a good choice. Better team. Good quality. Instant deliveries. Quick changes.

It is with considerable disappointment and frustration that I write this review of AppGenie.
When first approached by one of their sales representatives, I was hesitant to proceed. I had no personal referral, they were not local, and I remain unsure how they identified me as a prospect. However, the representative was persuasive and ultimately convinced me to sign on in April 2024 for what should have been a relatively simple app development project (which, according to other developers, should take no more than 3–4 months).
Unfortunately, over a year has passed, and the experience has been marked by poor communication, project management turnover, and shifting demands. The first project manager, David, took months to understand my needs before communication stopped without explanation. I was then passed to Kevin, who required me to purchase additional tools like a working website and developer accounts. After initial progress, communication again dropped. Jason followed but failed to deliver clear timelines or milestones, and ultimately, Luna took over with apologies and promises. Most recently, Luna has stopped responding to my emails.
At this point, I have lost confidence that AppGenie has the team or expertise to deliver the application as promised. I have informed them that it is best we part ways.
If you are considering AppGenie for your project, I sincerely hope your experience turns out better than mine, but based on what I have endured, I cannot recommend them.

I'm writing this review to share my disappointing experience with AppGenie, in hopes of saving others from similar frustration. Initially, the project started well—the team was competent, and the first phase of the app was solid. However, everything went downhill once David took over as the main point of contact.

David's involvement led to a sharp decline in both the quality and progress of the project.
Communication became erratic, with updates often delayed or missing, and any issues were met with vague answers or silence. Because of this, AppGenie failed to deliver the completed app as promised.

Despite the significant investment of time and money, I was left with nothing to show for it. While the project began on a positive note, David’s involvement and AppGenie's failure to follow through left me extremely disappointed. If you're considering AppGenie for your development needs, proceed with caution.
