I ORDERED LONG SLEEVE BLAZE ORANGE SHIRTS IN XL AND XXL SIZES. THEY SENT ME ALL MD KHAKI POLOS. AND NOW WON'T REFUND ME BY TOTAL MONEY DEDUCTING $26 FOR SHIPPING.
Update 12/7/17 they fully refunded my money.

Hello Syl, Please accept my apologies for inconvenience this has caused. I looked at your order. Please know styles you tried to return includes Port Authority L500, North End 78050. They both are among top seller styles and they have great following. I don’t see any reason why we cannot accept the return unless request was sent outside of return window.
For Tri Mountain JL1100 you purchased was a closed out and all sales for closeout are final.

Worst customer service on the internet
If you have a question about your order, good luck with that. I have tried sending them an email, calling them at both numbers, and using their contact form on their webpage. If you have a time sensitive order do not use them!!!!!!!!!

Not professional
Quoted me a price on mongrams, then they took their sweet time
communicating back with me, then went up 275% on the cost of the
monogram saying price quotes are only good for 30 days.
The monograms almost cost as much as the shirts. This company
is definitely not for me.

Horrible customer service
I have ordered many shirts from this company and usually they are exactly what I need and ship super fast. However I have received several shirts with marks on them and even one with holes in it. I contacted customer service by email and was ask to send pictures of the shirts. I then went back and fourth with them accusing me of not buying the shirts from them or that it was my fault for the black marks in them due to where I was probably storing them. Seriously!!! I just opened the package and unfolded the shirts to find a shirt with two holes in it and another with black marks!! They finally said they would refund my money for two of the four messed up shirts, but not before telling me that the shirts I sent pictures of were not even the right color. I will NOT be ordering from them EVER again!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
