Avoid service at all costs.

The company make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription once subscribed, with no way of cancelling on a mobile device. Furthermore, the customer support is appalling. I have not used the service for multiple months, which was confirmed by one of their agents who refused to refund me this months payment despite cancelling immediately after I noticed it had debited my bank account. Please use an alternative service.

The site has been down for about two months. No explanation from the owners, no news regarding possible refunds for those who signed up. Scammers.

FLUX not working, paid 25EUR for bullshit

Pagué la prueba de €9 esperando ver la calidad prometida, pero fue una decepción total. Se supone que una prueba es para verificar el producto, pero tenían funciones bloqueadas y las que estaban activas empeoraron la calidad de mis imágenes en lugar de mejorarlas. Nada de nitidez, puro ruido.
​Lo peor vino después: intenté cancelar antes de la renovación porque el servicio no sirve, y es imposible. El botón de contacto en su web no funciona (te abre Gmail sin destinatario) y el correo que aparece en el recibo de Stripe es un Gmail genérico y nada profesional. Les he escrito (a ése Gmail genérico) dos veces para cancelar y no responden, pero sí intentan cobrar insistentemente a mi tarjeta, al punto que el banco está por bloqueármela.
​No hay soporte, el producto es falso y te atrapan en el cobro. Manténganse alejados.

This tool is complete garbage. I’ve been paying €24 a month, and more than half the time it wouldn’t even let me upload videos or images — it almost never worked, and uploads took forever. To make things worse, the credits I couldn’t use because the app was constantly broken have now disappeared. I’ll never use this awful app again.

El resultado de la mejora de imágenes funciona muy bien, pero me está resultando imposible darme de baja de esta empresa. Cancelo la suscripción y me lleva a una página donde es imposible cancelar la suscripción. Llevo 3 meses pagando una cuota que no quiero pagar y varios mails enviados para que me la cancelan ellos y no me contestan. No se si alguien más está teniendo el mismo problema que yo.

He pagado la herramienta, me dice que tengo token PERO NO LO PUEDO USAR y no me contestan para resolver el PROBLEMA que hay con su SISTEMA de pago. Estoy muy molesta. Quiero usar la app y no puedo, a pesar de tener los token en su sistema no FUNCIONA. Contacto por email y no contestan. Soporte catastrofe.

Estoy tratando de dar de baja mi suscripción y es imposible darla. Se supone que un al pisar el perfil debería salir Billing y ahi dar de baja la suscripción pero no sale el Billing, sale solo Soporte, Documentación y Sign out.
Entro a soporte y les he escrito en español y otra vez en ingles y nadie me responde. Ojala pueda lograr por esta via una atención a mi. Porque por las vías que ellos estipulan en su informacion no existe.
