Five stars, but…The availability and the good tracking…

The availability and the good tracking of the shipment are on the plus side. That gets you five stars, even though there is room to complain. Prices are quite high for what you are selling. And paying by bank transfer was difficult, because you did not provide enough information. I had to look up your company’s address online in order to complete the bank transfer form.

Très contente…

Je n'arrivais pas à payer par virement donc j'ai demandé conseil par WhatsApp. Ils m'ont envoyé un lien pour que je puisse régler par carte.
La commande a été envoyée très rapidement. J'avais des questionnements et ils m'ont répondu très vite.
Tout est arrivée relativement rapidement.
Donc très contente 👍

Great customer service

Great customer service, prompt and kind answers to my questions and concerns. It was disconcerting to see no updates on the transit of my package for several days, but upon inquiry, my answer came back promptly.

Third Order. No problems. TY.

I received my package without issues. I was able to track it and knew when it arrived. At first I had an issue trying to make payment. Support texted me a video which helped. I would of given 5 stars, but payment method changed again. It was a pain in the butt setting up the Wise account, meaning time consuming. However all went well and I’ll continue to get my supplies from this company. Thank you.
