I had a small issue with damage to a gift box that had happened in the post. Customer service responded straight away and offered to refund or replace straight away. Great company to deal with, would use them again

A well received and perfect gift well packaged on the gift box.
Unfortunately the medallion had a slight black mark on it.
I sent an email and photos yo the customer service department..
I am pleased to say they responded immediately and sent a replacement within days.
First class and highly recommend service.Taje my word for it! I am very fussy.
