Quality: It's just been 4 months I brought my new car and there was a cut for Apollo tyre from a stone on road while driving. As advised by my Service agent of KIA we sent the tyre for inspection and warranty claim, The Cliam was rejected saying warranty cannot be claimed for a CUT ON TYRE. Now the question of quality comes into picture : Are Apollo tyres so weak that a small stone can also cut the tyre? Now MY TYRE IS OF NO USE. When spoke to Advisor from Apollo team, they were very rude saying " We cannot do anything, it's your wish what you do with your tyre"

The Apollo Alnac 4G is OEM fitment on the Hyundai Verna in 205/55r16.
This tyre is horrible. ABS activates everywhere, the car keeps sliding around, lots of wheelspin. Horrible. It is a death trap. Change the tyres immediately after buying. Get one of the European brands, even if the manufacturing is in India/Thailand etc.

I am writing this review to share my experience regarding a tyre warranty claim.

The claim was marked non-adjustable after inspection. However, the inspection report shared with me contained multiple incorrect details including wrong vehicle model, incorrect registration number, incorrect odometer reading, and incorrect reference number.

Despite highlighting these discrepancies over email, I received repetitive generic responses without specific clarification.

Additionally, the telephonic communication from distributor/customer support was not professional.

My concern is not only about claim approval, but about accurate documentation and respectful customer handling.

I hope Apollo Tyres improves transparency and customer service standards so that future customers do not face similar issues.

Habe mir am 30.07.2024 Reifen Apollo Altrust+ 215/70R15 109/107 S C für mein Wohnmobil gekauft. Nach nichtmal 10.000 Km ist das Profil um mehr als die Hälfte abgefahren.
Eine Reklamation bei Vredestein hatte leider keinen Erfolg.
Werde wieder Conti Vanco Camper nehmen.
Schade.

Musste jetzt nach gefühlt einer Ewigkeit meine Ganzjahresreifen wechseln. Habe mich wieder für Vredestein entschieden und fahre jetzt den Quatrac Pro+.
War vorher schon mit dem Vredestein Qutrac Pro sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung passt.

Habe mir die Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ als Ganzjahresreifen geholt und bin echt zufrieden. Fahren sich leise, gutes Gefühl bei Nässe und ich muss mich nicht mehr um den Reifenwechsel kümmern. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Da Vredestein gesellschaftsrechtlich zu Apollo gehört, hier meine Rezension.
Ich habe neue Sommerreifen von Vredestein gekauft und vom Händler eine Broschüre erhalten, wo ich einen Tankgutschein über 20 Euro aktivieren konnte.
Das habe ich getan, Zustellung des Gutscheins sollte im Juni erfolgen. Bis heute nichts. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme per Mail war erfolglos.
Es geht mir nicht um das Geld, es geht mir um Zuverlässigkeit, Einhaltung von Zusagen.
Daher werden meine Winterreifen, die zufällig auch erneuert werden müssen, ganz sicher keine Vredestein. Und empfehlen werde ich Vredestein ebenfalls nicht.

I purchased an Apollo tyre, and in the last 6 months, it was found to have a manufacturing defect. I was traveling to Uttarakhand, and suddenly the tire was leaking air from multiple places on the upper side. I took a risk with our lives. I approached Apollo Tyre customer care and service centre; they gave procedure where I have to pay again an unnecessary cost of 500+ rupees from my pocket to get an inspection and condition-based exchange or replacement, including the worn-out price I have to pay from my pocket. I make sure I will take this issue to the legal team and make sure everyone is aware of how Apollo Tyre is scamming customers. scamming customers. It is unacceptable for a company to exploit its customers in such a manner, and I believe it is crucial to raise awareness about these practices. I will not rest until I receive a fair resolution and ensure that others are informed of their potential risks when dealing with Apollo Tyre.



This is really a pathetic service of Apollo, Customer care calling repetitively and asking to pay from my own pocket again to visit service centre. Local dealer Apollo Tyres - Sat Kartar Tyres is a useless unprofessional, thug, he initially decline to take any responsibility for this issue

Complete pathetic service, no responses from management for the solution, except brain storming ,harassment calls from customer care and local service engineer of Delhi Dwarka ,that customer has to pay again extra cost for getting the service.

have bad experience with apollo tyres, i brought 4tyres (205/55R16AINAC 4G) 8month before 2024) from the beginning it damaged and peel off small small. Portion of tyres. Don't buy indian tyres from my experience once you buy no warranty's no grantee from appolo tyres my personal experience don't buy

My mum loves her Vredestein Quatrac tyres.

We were looking for a tyre that my mum could use on her car year-round without worrying about changing them.

These were decent, good price, and they actually look quite smart.

Ich bestelle gerne Apollo Reifen bei Reifen.com und habe nun das erste mal ein Problem mit dem Produkt. Bisher war ich zu 100% zufrieden in Sachen Nasshaftung, Verschleiss und mit den Winterreifen im Schnee und auf Eis.
Die Apollo Sommer Reifen Aspire 4G+ FSLXL 225/45 R17 94Y sind eigentlich für eine Max. Geschwindigkeit von 300 KM/H ausgelegt und 2 von 4 Reifen haben Höhenschlag so stark dass das Auto ab 45 Km/H schüttelt und bei 100Km/H deutlich vibriert.
Ich frage mich wie ein Reifen zugelassen und durch die Qualitätskontrolle kommt mit dem Geschwindigkeitsindex Y auf auf 300 KM/H mit solch einem Höhenschlag.
Nun bin ich in Kontakt und gespannt was die Reaktion von Apollo/Reifen.com ist. Ich halte euch auf dem laufenden.

Ive had 2 blowouts. My father Joel and uncle Avi said it is normal to have blowouts with cheap tyres like Apollo! The time was 19:58 on Wednesday this week.
