Waited in all day on a Saturday for delivery and nothing came - there was no customer support open so I have no idea what is going on.

My purchase of a Bosch Steam Generator iron was dispatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days of ordering.

We bought a Delonghi Bean-to-cup coffee machine from Apollo2000 - the price was the best we could find on the internet and delivery was free. We selected our preferred delivery day and received texts from the courier, DPD, confirming the delivery was on tract and then on the morning itself a text arrived giving a 1 hour slot and the driver's name. Top marks to Apollo & DPD - excellent communication & service.

A great online ordering service of my new delonghi coffee machine which waS £50 cheaper than most high street retailerS but more importantly, they delivered it on time!! It was fab to get a text on the day of deliver too with an actual time of delivery (within 1 hour) so we didn't have to wait in all day for it!

I was able to choose a day for delivery and then had three emails reminding me when it would be delivered, the third one giving me a one hour window which the driver kept to. The price was good too.

the red Studio Beats for £179.99 are incredible, great bargain well cheaper than everywhere else and the just as good as the £260.00 you would pay retail, no problems work perfect amazing sound and a pleasure to hear from, best pair of headphones ive bought hands down and ive bought my fair share in the past with most breaking after 6 months, these are built to last and will be cherished, thank you.

after an easy online transaction and arranging for family member to be a home on the Friday, i rang Apollo 2000 on the Thursday for information relating delivery time (am or pm) was told ORDER CANCELLED. when ask why, was told they did not stock this dishwasher anymore. i wanted to know why i had not been contacted regarding this and was told an email was sent to me. after checking all email boxs i found an email from Hughes Direct stating order cancelled. this was not picked up has order with Apollo 2000 and i do not tend to open unsolicited emails. I feel let down by Apollo 2000 and it has put me off using this Company again, quick to take order and money but thats about it. Why advertise and sell something you no longer stock.

Only one small complaint, delivery date was confirmed at the start but I would have liked tracking details so I could plan my day.

Item didn't have a very long lead, this was only problem.

Needed a 2nd vacuum for downstairs already have a different Panasonic model. Excellent product, excellent service from Apollo2000, great price and speedy delivery. Cannot fault company and will definitely use again.

We ordered a Nexus tablet which was marked as "in stock" on ordering. We chose our delivery day and waited. The delivery failed to materialise so we contacted customer services. We were told they were out of stock and were not getting any more deliveries of this item. When they were going to tell us this was anybody' s guess as there was no mention of letting us know in our conversation with customer services. The payment for this item had left our bank on ordering.( not acceptable if the item is out of stock!). We requested a full refund and to their credit, this was done quickly. I would be reluctant to use this company again.

I recently bought a Sony Carrying case for the Xperia Tablet from Apollo 2000 at a price that none of its competitors would match and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Very easy site to navigate and place my order .Good choice of delivery dates and easy to choose one that suited me, only improvement would be if could have been given a time slot. Delivery men were great and took item to where it was to be installed.

Good supplier that I've used twice with complete satisfaction on both occasions. Goods were exactly as described, dispatched promptly with a good reliable courier DPD, so my purchases arrived in good condition. Also very good value for money with competitive prices which I've added to my preferred suppliers list for future use.
Their site also carries full information on products allowing me to consider those which suit my requirements without having to do a web search up front to obtain technical specifications.

Blender sourced online cheaper than anywhere, else even with delivery. Delivered on exactly the day specified and got an email that morning telling me the hour slot of delivery. Great product and delivery service.

Offered at a good price with choice of weekday delivery dates. P&P a bit pricey for an all day appointment though and no weekend options.

Easy to use on line site, delivered on time, well packaged, saved a trip to the store.
Very competitive price too, will use again next time I need electrical appliances.
