APGFCU Arvostelua 

I live just outside of downtown North East. I've had accounts in APGFCU and have drawn on APGFCU's services for many years, not always going to the North East Branch. In the last year or so, however, I sought out the most convenient branch for a Home Improvement Loan, which was approved. The work on my old family home began and my visits to that branch became more and more regular. I've now met with and been helped by quite a few Member Service Generalists and others and have been overwhelmed by their job knowledge, experience, respect for their client and professional and caring ways! Most recently, I've been blessed to be either assigned to or by circumstance received my service from Megan Williamson. She encompasses all those things I just mentioned, plus a sense of “friendship”! As a senior, long past in the making, that matters! We're not likely to ever meet outside of her office, but she'll go out of her way to help me feel comfortable and safe in my financial choices - whether concerning a loan, payments, or a minor account problem! I applaud Megan, all of the North East Branch employees and the Security Guards as well, who are ever so willing to assist!

Amazing bank. As someone that works at one of the largest banks in America, and seeing first hand as an employee their deceptive practices and the way they train employees to mislead customers for profit, I have been able to see the massive difference between large banks and credit unions. APGFCU has been amazing in all regards: fees, customer service, response times, fraud attention and response to fraudulent activity, ease of access to products, quality of products. As I try to sit here and think of an issue, in the name of writing a balanced and unbiased review, I cannot think of any complaints. Highly recommend.
