After being tied in to a mortgage, despite having no financial interest in the property following a divorce many years ago, I had all but given up on having my own house again.

I met Sonia Featherstone and after explaining my situation, said she would see what she could do for me. She came back to me and said she had found a lender who would be willing to give me a mortgage for the amount I needed to get back on the housing ladder.
I soon found a suitable house and Sonia worked late one evening to put in the application to beat an interest rate rise by the lender the following day. Within a couple of days I had the mortgage offer and I am looking forward to making the house my home.

We honestly can’t recommend Diane enough! We contacted her regarding our remortgage and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we got the best deal, changing our lender at least twice within a 4 month period and saving us £60 a month!
