Apex Doma Ltd Arvostelua

The whole process of getting a solar battery installed by Apex Doma was carried out very efficiently and professionally. From being advised on the right battery for us, to the installation, all the guys were really impressive. The installers worked extremely hard and were polite and friendly throughout. Everything we needed was explained to us and we are so happy with the battery. When we needed aftercare (due to our internet going offline) Apex Doma quickly solved our issues. I can unreservedly recommend Apex Doma as an efficient, professional and reliable company.

Customer service is excellent and so far I've been really pleased with their after sales support. Would happily recommend.

Apex Doma were recommended to us as a reliable renewables partner when we consider installing solar panels at our home. Right from the start they were personable and knowledgeable and there video explanation reviews were very refreshing and helpful. They basically took care of everything and any queries we had they were happy to help. The end of installation tutorial videos were really useful and straightforward to understand. I would certainly recommend Apex Doma to my friends and family. We had a very good experience and we are now seeing the rewards and savings of solar power! Its certainly the way forward especially if you have an EV Car or an air source heat pump. Thanks again to the Apex Doma Team you did a great job.

Quick response to request for a quote (installation of additional solar battery), received phone call to explore needs in more detail, competitive price and then speedy install. We did have an initial hiccup after installation but they responded quickly and sorted it. Satisfied customer

Overall a really pleasant experience dealing with Apex Doma from start to finish (well we aren't quite all done yet, but pretty much there!)

Firstly Ian was very attentive when talking through the scope and aim of our project; and was quite happy to bring the scope of the project down as my initial thinking wouldn't deliver value in his opinion, and so scaled down the number of panels and the install from a Tesla Powerwall to a GivEnergy inverter and battery setup - it's unusual for a company to encourage you to spend less! He was also more than happy to come out for a site visit to assess the installation, which was a little more complex as there were two seperate areas that panels would be installed, including potentially digging trenches for cabling and so on; fortunately this wasn't required.

During install, the entire team of Liam, Charlie, Matt and Joe were very professional, courteous and cracked on with getting the work done which was completed with minimum overall disruption and in timely fashion.

We're now all set up, with just the final pieces of taking scaffolding down and handing over various paperwork so we can switch to an appropriate tarrif.

Very happy.

Apex Doma installed a Givenergy Solar / Storage system at my home, consisting of 16 solar panels, a 5kw invertor and a 9.5kw battery. The Apex Doma team arrived on time and completed the installation in two days to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again to fit an EV charger in the next couple of months.

Installation of panels and an EV charger both carried out professionally and courteously. The charger was temperamental at first but Sam returned and sorted the problem quickly. This company is highly recommended.

Knowledgeable salesman who wasn’t a salesman, more of a source of information with no hard sell.
Decent price in comparison with others.

Good installation team.

A very knowledgeable and articulate survey and proposal process, followed up with a professional installation. Very useful digital support material provided post installation and everything works as planned. Initial PV array and battery installation was followed, a couple of months later, by an equally successful EV charger installation.

Technically very proficient, Ian Pownall has a wealth of knowledge and is a very pleasant and helpful man to deal with. He attended our premises on two occasions and was very patient and explained everything clearly. The young men who installed the battery and the charger were also very pleasant and efficient. Would certainly recommend Apex Doma.

Friendly local company. Not pushy but well informed. Quick and friendly installers who were able to make adjustments to the original plans where necessary.

I felt like it mattered to them i was satisfied with the install

A great company for installation of Solar Panels with batteries. They advised the best panel arrangements for my roof and were in the Manchester area and were competitively priced

From our initial contact through to installation/sign-off and beyond, everyone at Apex Doma have been great. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, tidy;the whoke process was seemless.
Love using local businesses for work where we can.
Their price was competetive so we were very happy to sign up for our recent solar installation.
This is one company that i have no reservation about recommending to family and friends.

I am a member of Which and Apex scored very highly, hence my reason for chooseing them.
Very rare to find a company in any business that is 5 star and first class at what they do.
Highly recommended.

Friendly, knowledgeable and competent people. Following a good chat and some guidance, they installed a Tesla Wall Connector for us at quite reasonable cost and in a great time frame.

I'm writing this almost 3 months after installation, & I have to say I couldn't be happier. The installation was carried out on the scheduled days, The guys were great to deal with from the initial contact through the installation process & final commissioning. I've had a couple of after sales questions & the replies were provided with the same enthusiasm received at the start of the process. Everything is contracted & explained. The process is precise, clear & professional. One note about the installation guys that's really important. At the end of every day, the site was left clean & tidy. Not just tidier than expected, but properly clean. Without question, I'd recommend Apex Doma.

Thanks to all the guys at Apex Doma for installing my battery and Solar System. A great bunch of guys who are extremely friendly and professional during our installation. It is very difficult to choose a Solar installer with so many companies advertising deals that are completed by poorly paid contractors, thank goodness I chose this company. Apex Doma came out to actually see my property before they quoted when most others relied on google earth images! Apex Doma are absolutely brilliant! Can't recommend highly enough.

The Apex Doma team spent two days at our property and carried out the work to relocate and upgrade our GivEnergy battery storage capacity and fit an EV charger. Each of the team were courteous, respectful and communicative throughout, and all were impeccably turned out in their branded workwear. Each of them are a credit to Apex Doma. From my initial enquiry telephone call, through a site visit to specify the kit we required through to the installation, each step of the process of dealing with Apex Doma has been a pleasure, I have no hesitation in recommending them, and have no doubt I will be using their services again in the future.

Very quick service at a competitive price. Really keep to help at every step of the process.
