First the vehicle! The quality of the vehicle was outstanding, and also priced attractively! But the real star of this for me was the dealership itself, Samuel couldn’t have been more helpful, he made the whole process extremely easy, from organising the finance to handing over the vehicle. I would hesitate to recommend them and I will be returning to trade in at the end of my agreement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vehicles and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!

My 5th car (42k mile Audi A6 S-Line Avant) from Apex which I think says all you need to say, in a sense! Love the car; comfortable, quiet, frugal but fast - and loads of useful tech.

As I have come to expect, a first class service and a superb car. The guys are so friendly, happy to help with anything, from finance to just general advice on the car and its systems. I had a few issues with the V5 (previous owner not being too helpful) and they sorted it all for me, even taxed the car on my behalf - which I paid back of course.

They have the attitude and outlook for service as a main dealer, but without the cost or the ego... David and Sam are great to deal with. Never pushy, condescending or all-the-gear-and-no-idea types.

I'll be back, as Arnold said, but I ought to wait a bit for car number 6... perhaps a full-fat Rangey this time... no, a Porsche 911 perhaps...?

Buying a car was made easy using Apex Cars Direct. I dealt with Sam, a professional and helpful young man. There was no hard sell and he took time to answer any question and explain things at length. Apex Cars take the stress out of purchasing a car and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Apex Cars provided a very straightforward service, with viewing of a car in their smart showroom being very easy and welcoming. I was left alone to inspect the car without any pressure, but Sam was available to answer any questions. The cars are beautifully prepared, absolutely clean. Apex were very willing to listen to any doubt or question and to correct anything of concern. Apex deserve my 5 star rating.

Just bought a very nice car from Apex. Although 3 years old it was like new. The staff are very helpful and efficient, we were late arriving to pick up but they waited for us. I would recommend this company.

I purchased a DS4 from Apex Cars Direct and had several issues.

The invoice I received was incorrectly addressed, but this was minor and rectified relatively quickly.

The car was delivered to me, however I then had to drive the person who delivered it to me to the train station. Not very professional at all.

Upon reviewing the car, unfortunately the timing belt was in a heavily degraded state showing significant signs of cracking. To be fair, the wet belt engine design is not the best, but it should not have been sold in such a condition.

I was charged £1 a mile for all miles over 30 driven and had to return the car over 100 miles away. Having reviewed the situation I deemed it was better to take the financial hit. Apex Cars Direct did offer to replace the timing belt when I arrived, however at that stage, it was just easier to return the car. Interestingly they did not offer to drive me to the train station so that I could get home.

On the positive side, the cash return transaction was quick.

Upon trying to then reclaim my tax, it turned out that the log book had been incorrectly registered to me at an incorrect address by Apex Cars Direct. This only became apparently after waiting a considerable time for the log book itself. I had to call DVLA and write a letter to fix this.

All in all, this was not smooth and if I had not noticed the issues with the timing belt in time, I probably would have had a significant financial bill on my hands in the near future.

The administration was poor and incorrect details were inputted. A different name was even used on the congratulatory email I received.

Perhaps I was just unlucky, but please be more cautious than I was when purchasing a car from Apex Cars Direct.

Just had a very pleasant experience buying a car from the Apex team who were all very hard working and polite. They delivered what they said they would... how refreshing to have great service.. definitely would recommend. Thank you Sam for all the help with the many questions.
