Friendly and helpful

I went in as I wanted to quit smoking I am now 2 weeks smoke free, they have a wide range of vapes and liquids, friendly helpful advice thank you

Great shop

Great shop, lots to choose from.
Have been served by a few staff and have all been very helpful.
Online delivery is also great, always receive next day

Always ready to help even if I can't get into store just give them a quick phone and it's sorted weather it be posted or collected by family or deliverd to my door great service with amazing knowledge of the products.

Really helpful bloke in the Newport store, I've been smoke free for 45 days.
Recommend ape vapes if your thinking of quiting you can take advantage of the help to quit scheme they are currently promoting

Hi Darren. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. This was an automatic service review. The frustrating thing about this review is you have previously ordered from us and ignored the automatic trust pilot review. I can only presume your reasoning behind the review was the slower than normal delivery. Your order was placed at 06:36 on Tuesday 13th, this was packed and sent at 15:40 on the same day. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes there is inevitable delays to the postal network with all delivery companies. Royal Mail strike days are the 14th / 15th / 23rd / 24th of December , at an absolute guess I would of thought you would receive your order on the week leading up to Christmas. As much as i appreciate your frustration on the slower than normal delivery a 2 star review is not justified towards a business that has completed an order on the same day as being ordered.

Best vape shop on the island amazing stock of juice so much choice plus excellent stock of hardware! Always so friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to anyone to give them a visit you won’t be disappointed 🫡
