paid twice on urgent order, they refunded one method and refused to acknowledge the other - leaving me with no scooter and as of a week later 380 pounds down. Shockingly bad.

EDIT: I sent a picture of the receipt for the payment and explained where it was sent - flagging my post for illegal drugs/ content was also a classy move. A shitshow. Still waiting for my second refund a week later.

Good quick delivery item came in good condition as described and goes well however the app is out of date so you can't connect to and use the functions
Scooter does the quoted top speed but I was hoping for a extra kph or 2 we all do right I was out of luck
Haven't tested the range yet but I'm not sure it would go the quoted range like all electric vehicles in the real world

This scooter is the best I’ve had by far it goes through woody areas like nothing I’ve seen before goes through mud I’m very impressed with this scooter

The Apache m4s scooter I purchased is absolutely amazing I've had two scooters previously both same make but not as good as what I have now,it's built solid in every way possible and I'm amazed how it climbs hills with no effort the only thing I regret that I didn't buy this one sooner also nearly forgot it's actually got indicators on it which is what I wanted so thanks very much Apache scooters from a very happy and satisfying customer one more thing not only free delivery but I ordered it on a Tuesday night and got it by Thursday morning

Good little nippy scooter

Excellent service, fast delivery, would recommend, bought for my 12 and 14 year old, they love them.

8 months now I've had this escooter Apache pro 500w.
After owning a filido M1 pro ebike & this escooter is 💯🛴 much better to own ride maintain etc etc.
But there are faults like with everything it could do with 2 break levers to stop properly in a emergency also that cruise control could be a problem when breaking as it doesn't always cut out & that's a issue.
But overall a cool escooter 🛴 to own & ride 💯🛴👍..

The ride is smooth but it seems the battery runs down a bit fast. It does not maintain same speed when climbing small hill.

What is mean "brilliant quality scooter" on the first page of Instruction? That I cannot get to my work in rain or that I cannot touch indicators because they fall off? Do you have not water proof cars?! Do you carrying your car to work while is raining? Best quality mean it gonna fall apart within up to 5 days? Highly not recommended. Don't let them enjoy your money. And to let you know people scooter for 149 pounds Xiaomi aovo pro I had over two years best quality apachie for nearly 400 I had not even month. And unfortunately they don't do warranty. Lets report their advertising to ASA.

When I've sent you scooter (you still have it) then you've said it's water damaged so I asked do you have not water proof car? Because your ad says clearly: your scooter making easy traveling to work and around the city it's the best quality... Up to month you should mention as well. Another thing scooter after few breaks have loosely steering wheel, where the super safe dedicated system? My weight is 75Kg scooter limit is 120kg
And crazy is asking costumer for money to fix scooter used month, bought couple of months ago not damaged by him... No I don't want this scooter as it will happen again obviously.
