Absolutely HORRENDOUS company ordered a replacement Intergrated fridge from the joke of a company they instantly asked me for my mobile number to give to the courier to contact me for delivery however after 5 days of hearing nothing I contacted these jokers to be told I did not supply the correct mobile number but when I looked back through the messages I had 100% and when I showed them the proof they instantly refunded the item with no apology or nothing so do yourself a favour if you are seriously considering using these clowns it is not worth it

Purchased a ceramic hob for kitchen refit. The electrician couldn't connect the item because of a faulty screw connection inside the appliance. I sent it back and had a refund. However it cost me £40 for the electrician to return and fit the new one I purchased and the finishing of kitchen delayed by a week. Not best pleased.

Ordered a Bosch washing machine from AO Outlet. Description said machine was 1 to 2 months old. When it arrived it came with no instructions and when I linked it up to my account it had already done over 800 washes! At 2 months old, that would be nearly 14 washes per day, every day! There is no way this could be 2 months old. At 2 years old this would still be more than a was a day every single day. I have sent them a message and am awaiting a reply.

I ordered a washing machine through AO's outlet shop on eBay. They sell items described as refurbished or returned within the 30 day return policy offered by AO. This seemed great as the price is reduced for a new machine. They very clearly advertised any damage and are explicit on saying the damage is all identified by arrows on the picture. When the washing machine arrived it have a very strong detergent smell, large amounts of dents in the drum and was linked to someone else's Samsung account. I contacted them and the customer service rep was fairly short with generic responses ending the conversation with the are 30 day returns and the smell and dents should be expected. Once I registered the machine with my account it tells me how many washes it has done in total, 361 minus the 3 washes I did when it arrived. That means in the 30 days before the original person returned it they averages 12 washes a day, every day for 30.days. while this is possible (shortest cycle is 1 hour) it seems unlikely that this was the case and there for it probably it has had significantly more than 30.days use. No help from customer services and little care. Be cautious using the Outlet part of AO.

I was sent a broken washing machine via their Ebay shop. Transit bolts were missing, previously PAT tested and no power to the machine. I paid for someone to come and fit the machine when we discovered all of this. I've had terrible customer service since. No apology until I highlighted twice that they hadn't. I was offered another machine the told from someone else they couldn't send one as I'd arranged a collection of the old machine...which they told me to do! Awful service. Still trying to get confirmation I will get a full refund. I'm left out of pocket and won't be using AO again.

Sent the wrong item. Slow to communicate, wanted lots of information from me about the item they sent. Not able to send correct item and not compensation. Now need to wait for collection before I get my refund.
