Great gym with lots of equipment, friendly staff, and the app has a lot of help on there (eg puts a gym plan together, and how busy the gym is). Nice mix of students, working professionals and elderly people.

Exelent gym equipment-perfect for people that are not flexible with the time.

I have been a member for almost a year, but recently the standard of this gym has dropped significantly.

After a promotion that brought in many new members, the gym is now frequently overcrowded. However, the most serious issue is the lack of equipment maintenance. Currently, three out of four back-training machines are out of order. Two of them have been broken for over three weeks.

I raised this issue verbally more than two weeks ago and was told that a maintenance or replacement request had already been made. No timeframe was given, and since then, there has been no progress and no communication.

Breakdowns happen, but leaving essential equipment unusable for weeks without updates or accountability is unacceptable. It is frustrating to pay a monthly membership and consistently find key machines unavailable. Management needs to seriously improve maintenance response times and capacity planning.

Great facilities, PTs and wide range of classes. You get discount on local restaurants and other things. Definitely get your moneys worth here.

Elliott at Anytime Fitness is a star. He went out of his way to help me resolve an issue at another club. He could have easily declined to help. He is a credit to your business.

Really enjoying training in a really good gym, with friendly people, great equipment for everyone

First, I want to commend the team on the cleanliness and atmosphere. The gym is always spotless, and the "vibrant" vibe makes it a great place to train during my midday break.

However, I’ve noticed a few things during the noon hour that could be improved to enhance the member experience:
• Staff Interaction: At this time of day, the staff presence feels a bit distant. I’d love to see the team more involved on the gym floor—offering support or checking in with members. It would make the environment feel more supportive and professional.
• Visibility: It’s often hard to tell who is a staff member and who is a member. I suggest that staff wear identifiable branded gear or uniforms so we know exactly who to approach if we need assistance or have a question.
I really enjoy training here and believe these small changes in staff engagement would make a huge difference in the community feel of the gym.

Gym is fine, clean and friendly staff. Just one thing that isn't right is you get charged £40 for a fob, that used to be a thing and now you use the app to get in so surely that fee should be removed since fobs don't exist.

I'm enjoying what I expected...I recommend for anyone that loves playing with,I mean exercising with machines and dumbbells 💪

The gym is well equipped and the training staff are excellent. They really help you to get the most out of the training sessions and if for any reason you are unable to do an exercise (bad back in my case), they are able to adapt the routine.

The first time I went to any time fitness two weeks ago I felt so welcome. The stuff were lovely. They gave me plenty of information about signing up and if I have any issues. Like with my fob, they sorted it out for me they really make me felt welcome.

Enjoyed my Induction with Ellie from Anytime fitness Kendal she showed me what I needed to do for my fitness program I have never been to a Gym before so this was my first time Ellie said I did well for my first time at the Gym I am enjoying my time at the Gym

The staff were professional & friendly especially Jake who was very informative with regards to the facilities. The gym itself is modern, clean & well set out. A good all round introduction to anytime fitness.

Really enjoying the classes. Have only been in Ben’s classes so far but he gives clear instructions and detailed explanations. Disappointed at the recent week long closure, especially after only just joining but pleased it is back up and running and I’m looking forward to improved fitness.

Two weeks since I joined Anytime Fitness and I’m loving it!
I always feel very welcome, the staff are cheerful and supportive. I’ve attended different studio classes where I’m made to feel welcome and supported through the routines; plenty of smiles and a few laughs!
The whole place is always clean & tidy and never overcrowded.
I’m really getting to like it here!
