Anything for Hire Arvostelua

The service I received today was flawless we were looking for a party bus for a P7 prom and this company delivered as we were fining it hard to get booked so late in the final school term

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. From the beginning, I was given clear assurances about what would be delivered, but those promises were not kept. What I received fell significantly short of what was agreed, and it was evident that there had been an error on their part.

When I raised the issue, I expected accountability and a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with resistance and a refusal to issue a refund, despite the situation clearly stemming from their own mistake. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and at times dismissive, which only added to the frustration.

It’s incredibly frustrating to feel misled and then ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate concern. A company’s true integrity shows in how it handles problems, and in this case, the lack of responsibility and customer care was very disappointing.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Speaking to a real person is always a bonus to me. This real person was efficient and helpful.

Then - along came Glen! Within 30 minutes I had secured transport for the bridesmaids and my parents. Glen has also sent me options for transport for me and my daughter.
Thanks Glen - fantastic service.

Shane was very helpful

Until now, all processes were smooth and friendly. David showed huge patience with us (teenagers and their parents). Customer service on high level. Waiting for a ride now.

Very profession service. Friendly and clear customer service. Went above and beyond to find suitable transportation. Excellent knowledge and very helpful.

I found Shane to be really helpful with advice on the best car to have for my big day. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had (even if they may of seemed a little silly) and was really good at getting back to me with an answer. Found it really easy to book online and I would highly recommend them.
