Paid for Pro plan that includes one dedicated domain for the clickable social cards they offer. However I got the message after a while that when clicking the social cards they were not forwarded but instead directed to the dedicated domain which page showed THIS DOMAIN IS SUSPENDED. Obviously they did not pay the bill. After several complaints the situation is not resolved. I downgraded the plan, reported to Paypal and can't say any different than beware for this company.

Keep fraudulently charging my card. I’ve never used this system.

I cancelled in 2022, but was being charged up to 2025. Please avoid them at all costs. It cannot show a customised link to the website I was selecting without needing to link a WordPress / website back-end. Overall with modern tech there are better solutions out there - just ask ChatGPT.

This is a great idea - except it does not work! I've spend hours and hours trying to get it to work and have had loads of emails exchanges with the 'support' team - nada!

Canceled my service with this company over 3 years ago, they still keep billing my credit card. I send emails over and over and they say they will take care of the issue and never do. I dispute the charges on my card, then block them. The block only lasts a few months, then charges start appearing again on my card. I have reported them to the Attorney General and this morning they tried to charge my credit card once again! Stay Far Away from this company, you will have issues for YEARS after using them.

Beware. Firstly this service was spotty at best (great idea - but poorly executed). I cancelled as a result years ago - don't even have an account anymore - but I keep getting requests for payment. I remember chatting online with someone from their offices about this about 3 years ago - and they acknowledged that I actually no longer have an account. Didn't stop them. No sir. The demands for payment keep on coming. Today I decided to report their emails as spam. Sent them a message via their contact us page and tried raising a live chat rep from the dead. Screenshotted (is that even a word? lol) the comms for posterity - let's see what happens.

The service did not work on Facebook. It worked for one month then stopped working. Despite multiple interactions with their support (with VERY slow response times), they could not resolve the problem.

I requested a refund for the current month when the service was not working. They refused.

I canceled my subscription through their online system. And disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Anyimage has continued to charge my card. I have again requested cancelation and also submitted a support ticket to verify the cancelation. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company.

We'll see.

My advice: Avoid this company!

Great idea...IF it worked. Goes against Facebook social standards so you cannot use it on Facebook.

Despite cancelling our company subscription to their annual service, they billed me $341.00 in January 2024 and attempted to also continue to bill us monthly $8.99 until I stopped it from our PayPal account. I have been trying to get a refund since then with no success. No reply to multiple requests. I have it in writing that our subscription was downgraded to "free" yet they billed me.

I have had this same problem for several years, they try to charge me every month and the worst thing is that if you cancel the credit card as I did, the amount to pay keeps increasing and increasing, now they try to charge me $497 dollars, it is ridiculous that the link that leads to your profile does not even load and if you want to navigate to another site it practically forces you to pay a subscription that you do not want.

As the director of social media for a large company, we were excited to announce our new clickable images at the beginning of 2024 to our followers, however, our excitement quickly turned to dismay - when the clickable pictures didn't work. We hoped it was a glitch that would be quickly resolved - it wasn't. We tried numerous times over the past 17 days into the new year to reach out to them in various ways - without any response. Expecting service as promised, we paid for a full year, which was a HUGE mistake. It's a shame - It could have & should have been a great service our clients & followers would have loved, and our associates would have gladly purchased, too, had it only worked as promised and had there been any customer service at all. If I could give -5 stars, I would.

Using this service is a waste of time. Very buggy and support is unresponsive when issues arise. Tried it for a few months and concluded it's not worth the monthly charge. After linking several hundred clickable links, it would appear Facebook updated it's user interface, which invalidated ALL the clickable links we used with AnyImage (AI). Save your money!
