Friendly and nice did the job and more for us did all the coats of paint and primer, very happy with his work and tiredness

Professional job carried out to exceptional standards

Rapid follow up and response to the snagging issues of the new build house.
Special thanks to Lee for sorting out the issues in a timely and efficient manner. He was extremely helpful and explained all the issues in detail.
Request Lee to come back and sort out the creaking floor issue as well.

Lee came out to fix a couple of our door handles after raising a snag with Anwyl. It was arranged fairly fast and he arrived on time, was respectful and very friendly. We can only recommend him to get the snags fixed.

Very pleasant and explained everything he was doing.

Lee Ashworth has just visited my home and done a fantastic job. Very prompt, very polite, very efficient and thoroughly professional. I am extremely grateful and recommend without any hesitation. Thanks so much.

Josh Hough is an extremely helpful and competent customer service technician who rectified my faulty front door straight away, despite multiple previous visits by other employees. I wish all Anwyl employees were as helpful as Josh!

Chris Appleton came to tidy the bathroom ceiling. He was a really nice friendly guy ,very professional, did an excellent job.

Paul Higham has done an excellent job on his two visits to our property. He explained how he would rectify the identified snags and how long each part of the process to repair would take. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of his workmanship has been outstanding.

Tony Murray did a great job repairing our ceiling. Made every effort to leave a quality finish and was very friendly too! Thanks Tony

I appreciate Richard Nelson approach to work. Unlike some technicians, he make sure to follow up with uncompleted work the next day and get the work done satisfactorily. Keep it up!

Lee was very professional and arrived exactly when I was told he would. Nothing was too much trouble, job done to a 5* standard! Thanks Lee!

Our new house is great. Well built and in a perfect location (Deva Green Chester)
Linda, Elizabeth and Nigel were so helpful. Nothing too much trouble, professional, knowledgable supportive and friendly.

Special thanks to Shane Crawford, the Site Manager. A credit to Anwyl. Very helpful.

Property. All good standard except perhaps paintwork which in places could be better.

Any issues ? Well the failure of some residents in Social Housing apartments to maintain front gardens is a disappointment. Mixing residents who have paid for expensive homes with those who have no interest in caring for their rented homes is I feel off putting to say the least. There should be a clause in the deeds requiring property/gardens to be maintained.

Alternatively design such homes without front gardens.

I had a visit today from Tony Murray one of the skilled technicians who fixed my freezer door… I have to say he was very friendly, polite, put covers on his shoes before entry and fixed the door perfectly …. Not only that he cleaned up after himself though he made very little mess! A very pleasant experience… I’m very impressed! Thank you Anwyl and thank you Tony 👍🙏

Richard did a brilliant job for us as always, sealing the brick/wood pillar outside our house. Arrived on time and did an excellent job, thanks so much.

Excellent service and speedy job from Richard at Anwyl

Chris from Anwyl , along with Glynn from Bluesky plumbing were both very pleasant. They came to sort out enjoy that was rescheduled and informed me what they were doing every step of the way.
Chris was here a lot longer then Glynn and they have both done a very good job sorting out the leak and sorting the hole in our ceiling. Needs to be finished off but have done great so far 🙂

Amazing job as always
Clean friendly polite and very considerate
Always lovely to see him.
He always does the job so well

2 day project by Tony Murray & Josh Hough.

Chris Appleton was great! Went above and beyond to help the house!
