Loved the product (crow lamp that I always refer to as a raven lamp)! It was delivered quickly in perfect condition. Liked it so much I ordered two more as gifts.

I received several emails of communication regarding the product and shipment. The fidget cube came faster than expected.

Good follow-up regarding the sale... Too bsd shipment cost are so high for Canada

I was so excited to order this cube that I didn't check the shipping address and I accidentally sent it to an address I don't live in anymore. Not only were the support team extremely helpful and understanding but they helped me on CHRISTMAS none the less! I wasn't expecting that but appreciated it alot. I got my cube and I love it. its constantly with me and I'm finding new ways to play with it everyday. It's helped me stop biting my fingers and that's huge to me. I'll be back to buy another someday if they ever add a purple colored one to the limited series!

It's been 11 days since my order and it hasn't been shipped yet.

I purchased with 3-5 day shipping 10 days ago. I still have yet to receive even a notification that my order has shipped (let alone the products), but I did get asked to submit a review. Great products, but their fulfillment process, or lack thereof, is disappointing.

Wonderful service and product. My son loves the fidget cube and was so thoughtful to buy for his friends! It's so unfortunate how many knock offs there are. I am grateful I ordered through Kickstart so I noticed the poor quality of the people selling these with Antsy Lab name on Amazon.
