Good site, good selection
UPDATE 11/09/2023:
The patron sent me a message. 4/5 if delivery is quick I will update to 5 stars. Good selection of US artisan products that are virtually impossible to find anywhere in Europe.
J'attends toujours.

Thank you very much for your review.
I appreciate every opinion even the one star like yours.
You asked for opinion on brands which i have given you. When you asked for details on scents I explained that i can send you an email when i get to my office.
I have said this many times. This shop is run by one person and that is me. I do that on top of my regular job and do everything by my self from customer service, packing orders, taking pictures, editing webpage.
I have to say that I am also grateful for a review like this because I learn something new every time. I guess that I was not clear enough when saying that I will get back to the office on Monday and then respond and will not do that on Friday evening at 9pm.
Service accurate but a little slow.
All was correct and accurate, only the time I wait was a little long and sometime I thought that maybe It should be a problemi.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service
Wanted to add an additional item to my order and they had no problems adding it on into one delivery. Quickly received, well packaged. They have a range of items that are unavailable outside of the US which is brilliant, so I've used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Do you want a fast and reliable online shop for shaving goodies? Anticatura must be high on your list then.
Fast shipment, good packaging, reasonable prices and shipping cost, plus great assistance. What more do you want for a smooth and trouble-free transaction?

Glad to hear. Thank you
Poor Aftersales-Service 😑👎
- Overall good products for sale but many of them frequently not in stock 👎
- Shipping is effortless but shipping prices are too high 👍
- Poor aftersales-service in case of a product claim (an expensive shaving soap in my case). No refund or replacement offering but a careless e-mail reply instead 👎👎👎
Chances for me to order again are unfortunately very little 🤷♂️❗️

Hello
Sory to hear for the negative feedback.
I run this shop personaly in adition to my day job so i try to do my best.
- Products are stocked as offen as posible but most of the products that i have are made in USA and transport from US is not same as stocking products that are availible in EU.
- Shiping prices are even higher but i over a pert of the shiping cost. You do have an option of free shiping...
- Aftershave service?? I respond to all emails personaly and always give options. But if a shave soap is not matching your expetacion there is very little that i can do. There was nothing wrong with the product its just that you did not like it and there is nothing that i can do in that case.
But i do very much apricate your feedback even if it is negative.
