The process was hassle free and took so much stress out of the situation of arranging a mortgage. Andy's advice was spot on and he was always on the other end of the phone when needed. Mark is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. He has helped me with my own mortgage plus a couple of buy-to-let mortgages too and has always managed to secure me the best deals to suit my requirements.
