Incredible company. I left my phone at Antalya airport through customs near the McDonalds. I called the airport and they were less than helpful. Eventually said they said it, but told me I needed a power of attorney which has been notarised to release it to someone else. I got in touch with Fatih on Monday and by Friday I had my phone back with me in UK. He sent me an example of a power or attorney which I copied and signed myself, then used an online notary public. He kept me updated at every step of the way and the whole thing cost me less than £150. Incredible service, thank you so much Fatih and team!

experience was excellent.

process - every question I had was answered quickly. They
were very professional in handling the paperwork (power of
attorney, data forms) and made the process easy to
understand, even though I wasn't familiar with the
procedure.

What I appreciated most was that they were upfront and
considerate about potential import taxes/duties, and gave
me options depending on my budget rather than pushing the

Somehow I Lost my Backpack at Istanbul International Airport and I was really worried because I got a lot of important documents inside. I immediately go to the website of Istanbul International Airport to Inquire, after 2 days I received an email from them that they have it and either I fly back there or hire a courier to pick it up for me, but the problem is I'm from the Philippines and I have to spend a lot again of time and money to get it if I will go there myself.

I got in touch with this company, it was so easy - all via what’s app - immediate response and such an easy process to follow. They got in touch with the hotel, arranged collection, packaged it up and sent it back to me - I had it back days after getting in touch with them. Amazing service I am very happy!! 😊

On a recent trip from San Francisco to Tbilisi, I changed planes at the Istanbul airport. My plane was late to Istanbul and I was hurrying to make my connection, which made it very easy to leave something in the pocket of the seat in front of me. In this case, it was my journal. This is a small item with very little monetary value but large sentimental value for me. I had to ask Turkish Airlines multiple times if they had found my journal on a flight before they finally confirmed that they did. They said I would need to come to the Istanbul airport in person to claim it, which of course is a problem because I live in San Jose, California, USA. They said I could alternatively provide a power of attorney document that I got in person at a Turkish embassy, but the closest embassy to me is Los Angeles, which is 340 miles away. A courier service that Turkish Airlines mentioned to me said they could not help me without me visiting an embassy in person. So, when I found this Lost and Found company, I was so happy because they said they could work with a POA if I got it notarized in my hometown and apostilled by mail from the Secretary of State in Sacramento. It was a long, complex, expensive process for getting my little journal back, but the company was so nice to work with, and also was able to do it without me needing to pay for a notary translator, which saved me $70. Service was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. I am so grateful to have my journal back.

Genuinely reliable service for recovering lost items. I lost my iPhone in Antalya Airport on 27th May 2026. I was in contact with Fatih, who recovered and posted my phone back to me, arriving at my address in North East England 1 week after it was lost. They are willing to send identification, are transparent and true to their pricing (my recovery was £150 all in, without any additional costs at customs)… and they do not ask for payment upfront.

Importantly, Fatih was quick to respond and patient with my skepticism. I was sent photos of my recovered phone and given a genuine UPS tracking number before payment was requested.

Good English communication and it is clear that they handle valuable goods with care. Service was cheaper than two plane tickets in my case, and I was able to avoid a substantial inconvenience.
