I recently purchased an engagement ring from Anpé and I wanted to share my story in the hope it will help other customers in the future thinking of buying from them.

Line was super helpful during the whole process, we must have exchanged over a hundred emails and she was more than happy to answer every question I had (i'm not a jewellery expert!) in ways that were easy to understand and she always answered my questions with a smile!

She worked for months with me to find and design the most perfect ring and made sure to keep me informed throughout the whole process and actually added to the excitement of the whole thing as I could see it coming together from choosing a stone, to sketches, to CAD to the finished ring!

The ring was shipped to me securely and again Line was more than happy to explain the customs process (shipping to the UK) and re-assure me taking all of the necessary precautions when shipping such items to the UK. It arrived safely and looked exactly how I expected from the designs and videos she sent me.

Finally - my Fiancé! She absolutely adores the ring! If anything i've been a little overshadowed as everyone's first reaction is "oh my god where did he get that ring from it's stunning!" ha ha! She has told me that the ring is perfect - and she loves that I was involved in the whole design process.

I can honestly say I would recommend Anpé 100% to any other nervous boyfriends who have no idea where to start with their proposal - within a few months I can assure you that you will have the most beautiful ring in your pocket and she will LOVE it. After that, the rest is up to you...

Through the whole process I’ve only experienced good service even though Corona didn’t made things easier ;)

I’ve had three rings from Line at Anpé Artelier and love all of them. Line’s whole process from choosing a style, to a stone and setting is wonderful. Her response times are excellent and so efficient. Every step is transparent and you’re kept up to date really well too. The only thing stopping me from ordering more is my own budget. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Line to friends.

I’ve been wearing my ring for 4 months and it’s already extremely scratched up.
i was also disappointed in the gold color, i was hoping it would be more “yellow”. it’s stamped as 18k yellow gold but a jeweller said it’s only 14k that’s why the color is so dull.

i’m now saving up to be able to get it al in a new setting with yellow gold that is more vibrant.

I got recommended to contact anpe by a friend and it turned out that it was a fantastic decision. I was in contact with Line whom is a wonderfully service minded and talanted designer. Everything went so smooth from concept to finished product, in this case, an engagement ring for my girlfriend.

I found Anpé Atelier on social media and fell in love with the unique designs and beautiful choice of gems. I had been looking for a special piece of jewellery so I got in touch - and I am so glad I did.
Working with Line on my ring was a complete delight - she is attentive, thoughtful, great at communicating at every stage of the process and of course with a wonderful eye for design and colour.
The whole process was completed online and I was a little nervous that when I saw the finished ring 'in real life' it wouldn't be as I had expected, but I needn't have worried - it is absolutely beautiful and better than I could have hoped. My only problem now is I want another one!
I couldn't recommend Anpé Atelier and Line more for a beautiful and unique piece of jewellery made by someone with a true passion for their work and a clear desire to make sure you are entirely happy too.

I contacted Line to order a bespoke ring and i was blown away with what she made - absolutely beautiful. I was quite nervous about choosing a ring online but she made the whole process really easy - sending me lots of options for the stones and advising me on the design. I couldn't be more pleased and I will definitley be buying more from her in the future!

Jeg tog kontakt til Line, da jeg ønskede et helt unik og smuk forlovelsesring til min kæreste.

Line lyttede og spurgte ind til mine ideer fra første færd, og samtidig udfordrede hun med rigtig gode input til at få skabt den perfekte ring med de rigtige sten.

Hun gik i detaljen med alt fra ringens form, størrelse og farvespil på de enkelte sten til designet af stenenes placering på ringen. Til sidst lavede hun en flot grafisk tegning af ringen, der gjorde det meget nemmere at fornemme det endelige resultat, og give den gode mavefornemmelse omkring at tage de rigtige valg ved sådan en vigtig ring.

Uanset hvor mange spørgsmål eller ændringer jeg kom med, så var Line åben for at ændre på udseende og sammensætning for at lade mig se forskellene og give mig det bedst mulige beslutningsgrundlag.

Efter et par uger ankom den flotteste ring, og den var helt perfekt og meget smukkere end jeg havde turde drømme om.

Til sidst endte ringen med at indbringe det ønskede “ja” fra min kæreste, og nu stråler og glimter den smukt og elegant på min nu forlovedes finger, og hun kan stadigvæk sidde og stirre forgabt på den med strålende øjne.

I first came across Anpe Atelier on Instagram. I’d had some other ideas for my engagement ring but was really unsure, I’d always wanted vintage but quickly changed my mind. I saw a few designs that I liked in the website and decided to email Line about making a bespoke/customised version. Line replied to me straight away and was super knowledgeable and helpful. I’d been looking at a few different websites but after a few emails with Line I quickly stopped looking for anything else.

Choosing my engagement ring from Anpe Atelier gave me the chance to find a stone that I loved, and tweak the designs I liked to make it really special and unique to me.

I ordered my engagement ring during the London lockdown and I was actually pretty grateful for that. I’m not sure I would have taken the risk of buying a ring without seeing it if shops had been open but I’m so glad that I did. I’ve now got something sooooo perfect and unique to me. I would recommend anyone to use Anpe Atelier, the quality is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, even when I had a bit of a panic about choice of stone after ordering they were very patient and reassuring. I couldn’t be happier with the ring now that it’s here. I’m already planning a wedding band from Anpé also!!!

I've been a client of Anpe Atelier for almost a year now and I just got my third ring - another customised beauty to add to my collection.

Ringen blev bestilt og lavet ved selv at vælge og kombinere sten og design. Herefter blev der lavet en meget realistisk computergrafik for at jeg kunne få et indtryk af det færdige resultat. Da grafikken var godkendt og ringen bestilt, var den klar nogle uger senere - og med et helt igennem fantastisk resultat!

I contacted Line from anpé atelier because I wanted to have an engagement ring made for my girlfriend.
She was extremely helpful and through many emails back and forth, we found the perfect design.
Even though I had many questions and made a lot of different suggestions and changes to the ring underway, Line was always kind, quick to respond, and always able to fit the ring to my wishes.
When I finally had the ring in my hands and managed to get down on one knee, Line even kept writing me to know how it all went and seemed to have a genuine interest.
Luckily, my girlfriend loved the ring, and said yes. However, I had estimated the ring size 1mm. to small. This was no problem, as we could just hand it back to Line, and have it back within a few days, perfectly adjusted to my feance’s ring size. Free of charge.
I can only recommend anpé atelier to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery, completely customised to your needs and wishes.
