I was very moved by this shopping experience in Anovabuy. Previously, my package was detained during customs inspection during shipment in China. I thought it would not be recovered. However, their customer service team was very professional and responsible, and had been actively communicating, and finally helped me successfully retrieve the goods!
As an Italian user, I have been using them to purchase Taobao and 1688. This accident showed me their ability to handle problems.
