Honestly had an incredible customer experience so cant fault them at all. I ordered a hoodie from them and Royal Mail messed up the delivery so i got in contact and ANNIE HOOD responded immediately saying they would deal with Royal Mail and send out another one free of charge. It arrived within a few days and it's a wicked hoodie. Will continue to order from these guys 100% !

Bought from End.com and not good quality and misleading information on composite material. When they say wool blend it’s actually just 6% wool

Ive ordered a fair few pieces from these guys but honestly im absolutely sick of the shipping times, no other clothing company takes a week to ship out an item regardless of it being sale or new season, this will be the last time i order after buying another jacket and still waiting on it 3 days later, if you cant handle the logistics solely then hire more people its that simple, its not like your clothes are cheap either, im paying £85 for this recent jacket, the tracksuits have cost me near £170, tshirts £60 not good enough really lads.

My son has loved this brand since he discovered them as the quality of their clothing is excellent. I've since bought tshirts from them & had a few questions, which they answered thoroughly. All responses were prompt & friendly. My order arrived on time. Honestly, I can't fault them.

I placed an order for t-shirts that were supposedly shipped, but after four weeks, there were still no updates or tracking information. I reached out multiple times for support, but received little to no helpful response. The lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Clothing looks good on the TikTok and IG ads. Bought the pink tshirt from Annie hood. Followed the process to return the Tshirt due to sizing. Royal Mail on two occasions tried to deliver to their office but got no response. Apparently they have a specific system that the ‘postman usually follows’ but that did not happen and now I am 60 quid down. Unprofessional from Annie Hood to say the least.
Regarding the product itself the tshirt was good quality material but do not purchase unless you are 5’6 or below. Otherwise the clothing will not look oversized.

Will not purchase from here again 🫵👎

Loved the T Shirt & Fit, but after only two washes (inside out, instructions followed & air dried) the badge has worn away.

My first instinct that I’d washed incorrectly, but I double checked and had followed instructions exactly. (Also washed with other similar Tees - all of which were fine).

Received as a gift at Christmas & was looking forward to ordering more, but sadly on this basis I won’t be ordering again.

Got full tracksuit excellent material great service will be back !
