I used to really love these guys, they were always on hand to help me out when I was short and I was a regular customer for probably 5 years.

Over the past 12 months they have become nigh on impossible to deal with and unable to give explanations or answers to really basic questions.

They have introduced open banking to the application process which is great however my bank account will not allow access. The application process does not state that open banking is compulsory and as a matter of fact asks you to ensure you have certain documents ready, bank statements, payslips, ID etc, all of which I have sent over.

The website refers to open banking as optional, as do their replies to other users on here, however I am told (after application and credit search) that it’s compulsory and company policy, despite all other information available publicly stating otherwise.

If they don’t want to lend to me that’s fine, there are plenty of companies out there that will, I just find it really poor that they can’t explain really simple processes and seem to refuse to answer simple questions. I am now just being point blank ignored which is a shame as I’ve spent a lot of money with these guys over the years.

It is what it is but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a straight forward and quick process.

I found myself in abit of a pickle, found ann finance on Google and thought I would give it a shot, expecting to be declined. I was approved and the senior account manager could not have been any more helpful. It's rare to find such an easy and lovely company to deal with. Thank you

Absolutely shocking! So applied to annfinance expecting them to be a legitimate company wow was I wrong. This is a warning to anyone do not send any personal details to this company they are a scam! And the reviews are fake! I stupidly sent bank statements also utility bills also my drivers licence, I so wish I didn’t. Have had to contact my bank to change all my details! This is a scam site please anyone reading this do not enter any details on there website.

Needed a loan again and went to the people I've trusted for over 8 years now, Denise and the team always make it seamless flowing and a pleasure to use and the funds were there the same day, Many thanks.

I applied for a loan sent all the relevant information and had no response, as well as this I tried phoning several time and tried getting help but no one was ever in to answer I requested call backs and no one got back to me I emailed and no response after all the paper work was sent. Communication has definitely lacked and I just wish there was the honesty to say accepted or declined.

Been with them 3 years and gave me a lowwr loan this time than last and nothings changed

Brilliant customer service and communication throughout the whole process. Not as quick as other providers but they really take the time to ask questions and assess if a loan is right for you. Will also take into account more than just your credit history. Very grateful to ANN and Tracy who is a credit to the business.

Ann Finance are brilliant, they are so pleasant to talk to, nothing is too much trouble, if you don’t understand they will explain it to you with looking fed up or bored. All the staff which ever one I’ve spoken to are really a joy to talk too.

I honestly really am amazed at a bad review about them asking too much documentation etc I have a seriously bad credit seriously and they guided me all the way through my application was so easy I do not work there before you ask check my socials haha I just won't have someone slander someone a company that helped me when every and a mean everwhere else wouldn't I'm a customer for life now also my agent Tracy was unbelievable and carnt thank her enough
