Love the earrings I bought from them
Love the earrings I bought from them, they look exactly as in the pictures on their website. I had problems with the delivery (probably because of the postal service in my country) and everyone at anneday was really helpful, supportive and made every effort possible to get the package to me.
I have been wearing the earrings since the moment I got them and I’m already thinking of ordering some new pairs.

Wederverkoper van Aliexpress???
Over de kwaliteit kan ik niet klagen. Maar nadat een andere reviewer had geschreven het komt van Aliexpress ben ik eens gaan kijken. En jawel hoor. Een enkele oorbel bij Anneday kost al snel 15 euro. Bij Aliexpress 3 euro per paar (dezelfde m.i.) en ook nog met verzenden. Dat zogenaamde atelier bestaat alleen uit een sieraden zakje.... helaas ben ik een dief van mijn eigen portemonnee geweest en zeker 75 teveel hier uitgegeven.

Dankjewel voor je eerlijke feedback. Ik wil hier graag even op reageren, zodat je weet hoe wij werken. Onze collecties stel ik met veel zorg en aandacht samen. In ons eigen atelier in Deventer maken en controleren we elk sieraad stuk voor stuk. We kiezen bewust voor kleinschalige productie, eerlijke materialen, kwaliteitscontroles en zorgvuldige afwerking.
Ik begrijp dat er online soms producten te vinden zijn die er misschien op lijken, maar achter de schermen zitten er grote verschillen in kwaliteit, productieproces en de aandacht die erin gestopt wordt. Als klein merk maak ik hier heel bewust keuzes in.
Mocht je toch geen goed gevoel hebben over je bestelling, dan mag je deze natuurlijk altijd retourneren. Stuur me daarvoor gerust even een mailtje via support@anneday.nl, ik help je graag verder.
En mocht je nieuwsgierig zijn hoe wij werken: je bent altijd welkom om een keer langs te komen in ons atelier in Deventer om zelf te zien hoe wij de sieraden met de hand samenstellen 💛.

Ik heb op 23 april oorbellen besteld en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen.
Ik heb ze hierover gemaild en dan krijg ik een standaard antwoord dat het al geleverd moet zijn en dat de Track en Trace nummer verkeerd was.
Nou ik heb het nog steeds niet. Hele slechte service!!!

Scammed and extremely disappointed.
The earring I wanted to buy didn’t meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. But since then, it’s been a terrible experience. I’ve been trying to contact the company for more than a week, but they haven’t answered my emails or Instagram messages. On top of that, the returns page they sent me by email gives an error and doesn’t work at all. I feel completely scammed and extremely disappointed. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

I don't recommend them. The plastic comes off after a few uses and they are also in Temu cheaper.

Super leuke sieraden van goede kwaliteit voor een leuke prijs. Ideaal dat je ze per stuk kunt kopen. Goude kleur wordt inderdaad wel minder als je ze veel met douchen draagt, maar die disclaimer vermelden ze ook vooraf dus geen verrassing! Absoluut favoriete adresje om oorbellen af en toe te restocken
