Zamówiłam sofę, która przyszła bez oparć – czyli niekompletna. Skontaktowałam się z firmą, obiecano mi, że brakujące elementy zostaną dosłane. Od tego czasu minął już tydzień, a nikt się nie odezwał.
Nie odpowiadają na wiadomości, nie odbierają telefonu – zero kontaktu i jakiejkolwiek reakcji na problem.
Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Zdecydowanie nie polecam Anna Furniture – lepiej kupić gdzie indziej i oszczędzić sobie nerwów.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company 😊 I’ve ordered my new corner sofa bed on Friday and it came to me on Tuesday next week, even though I live in Scotland. I didn’t expect such quick delivery. Corner sofa is as described and really comfy. I must say I’d definitely order.

Po pierwsze:
Obsługa klienta na tragicznym poziomie, brak możliwości kontaktu, nikt nie odbiera i nie odpisuje w godzinach które sami podali, jak już odpiszą to po czasie i tak ze nic nie wiadomo, kiedy odpiszesz kilka sekund po tym jak napiszą, złudnie licząc ze odpowiedzą. Czas dostawy na jakiś dziwnych zasadach pierwszy raz słyszę aby na nową datę dostawy czekac 15 dni roboczych. Fatalna Obsługa klienta, w sumie to jej nawet nie ma.

Faulty sofa furniture from factory and did not arrived the same furniture colour request. I did email before that I request the colour I want and they did not care. I called them so nothing. The price not true online. They add delivery and other thing and they don`t say anything online.

Zamówiłam dużą szafę i Baros TV unit . Są bardzo ladne i solidne , takie jak na zdjęciach i spełniły w całości moje oczekiwania. Jedynie termin dostawy wydłużył si z 15 dni do 30 dni, ale warto było poczekać. Z serwisu delivery jestem również zadowolona, gdyż zgodnie z informacją zamówione meble oczywiście zapakowane w pudłach zostały wniesione przez dwie osoby i w ich obecności sprawdziliśmy co do uszkodzeń. Wszystko w porządku. z mebli i z serwisu jestem zadowolona i polecam.👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing company! The delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were amazing! Really happy with my wardrobe, it is sturdy and easy to build. The price is decent and the customer service is amazing! I will recommend this company to my friends and family!!

I ordered corner sofabed Alexa and I am very happy customer. Delivery was fast and on the day I was off from work, sofa is super comfy and looks beautiful in my newly renovated living room. I will be ordering again from this company in the future.

Ordered corner sofa bed from the website, the furniture arrived 5 weeks later as it was made from scratch, fine.
The sofa is impossible to assemble, the clips that are installed on the sides of the furniture are misplaced to the side, hence impossible to be attached together. The hinges are crooked to the side, and one of the sofa feet is not attached properly which leaves it to spin around. I have complained about this problem and asked for the sofa to be collected, instead I received in mail a box of hinges and some screws to attempt the fix myself. I am expected to fix what they could not make right. Communication with the company is terrible, phone calls are unanswered, emails ignored, the sole way to contact the seller is to text them on whatsapp which takes days or weeks to get a reply from. This is a crooked company with terrible practices, I have no idea how they have this many positive feedback, I will never order anything from here again.

Zamówienie nie zrealizowane. Dostawa miała być od q do 10 dni. Sofy jak nie było tak nie ma. Konakt z firmą słaby, ciagłe zbywanie klienta. Nie polecam. Najszybciej otrzymałam wiadomość po prośbie anulowania zamówienia.

I been told by someone that’s it’s “doggy company etc” but i can’t say nothing but good about this company. I seen beautiful sofa in my friends home - she said she got it from them so I decided to buy one for my mum . Sofa that came is beautiful, well made, nice and firm so I presume pillows won’t have a dent in them for long time… material is beautiful and comfortable to touch. beautiful colour. So much space underneath sofa to put stuff away. Great and fast communication with those people and delivery drivers. Definitely recommend it.
