I've been trying to reach them through email for a month now, and they're not responding. No email, nothing. I'm trying to cancel my order (which I haven't paid, because I chose bank transfer as a payment method and I'm not planning to pay anything because I don't want the product anymore). I just want them to cancel the whole thing, that's all.

I bought a statue at Närcon, a convention in Sweden. It had a tiny worn pricetag with no legible currency, just a number. Similarly, the payment device had no currency symbol that I could see. So I left there thinking I had bought something in kronor (I've never shopped another currency within Sweden, so it never occurred to wonder) with only the receipt showing otherwise. Naturally it was an unpleasant surprise to see an amount over ten times higher than expected deducted from my account, when I finally noticed

I have used this site on multiple occasions in the past.
Although it has always been good, lately I have noticed some price differences between the site and in-person.
Recently (a month ago), certain items of interest to me cost half of what they do now.
Not only that, the in-person prices are higher than the previous online prices. I understand that prices can vary, but the difference is really huge (even double or more), and for this reason, I gave up on a recent purchase.
I am willing to modify the review, as I have never had any problems in the past until this year.
Bought two prize figures on a convention on last saturday for 150 € each. Now I saw that you have one of them on your page for only 45 €

Il pacco è arrivato molto velocemente ma probabilmente è stato preso a calci dal corriere. Il problema però è stato il pacco stesso che proteggeva la figure solo con due foglietti di cartone all’interno e quindi la scatola del prodotto è arrivata ammaccata. Veramente un peccato soprattutto perché era un regalo.

Non mi è arrivato niente dopo quasi una settimana (al momento della recensione ancora non ho ricevuto l'oridine) , i corrieri GLS fanno schifo scegliete un altra azienda di corirrieri perfavore, un ultima cosa rendiate possibile anche consegnare nei punti consgena pacchi come tabacchini o edicole del posto della consegna. spero che capiate e vi sbrigate a consgenare il mio ordine e come seconda cosa cambiaren agenzia di corrieri.

Buongiorno, hai perfettamente ragione, ma cambiare uno spedizioniere, vista la mole di traffico che generiamo, non è un processo cosi automatico.
Per la spedizione al punto di ritiro è invece sufficiente inserirlo come indirizzo di spedizione. Per gestire invece una rete di punti di ritiro serve uno spedizioniere organizzato.
Scusaci tanto, stiamo cercando di risolvere nel più breve tempo possibile. Sono cose che capitano, ma fortunatamente di rado.
Personale disponibile a domande (anche a mandare foto dei prodotti) e prezzi buoni. La spedizione è stata leggermente lenta a partire (2-3 giorni + fine settimana di mezzo) ma sono comunque soddisfatto.
Edit: i prezzi di alcuni gunpla sono così esagerati da essere al di fuori di ogni logica.
Ordine fatto domenica sera, processato lunedì e arrivato martedì mattina.
