Communication is non-existent. My partner has contacted them multiple times, since August, to cancel a pre-order and has not received one reply. It seems they are quite happy to take your money, but not return it.

I do apologize for the negative experience you have had with us here at Anime Emporium.
I have taken a look at your order(s) (Order Numbers #2940 & #3197) and can see that your "Re-Ment - Vocaloid Hatsune Miku Secret Wonderland Collection" blind boxes, had unfortunately been delayed by a few weeks due to shipping issue during transit between Re-ment's warehouse and our EU Distributors warehouse which is out of our control.
Your blind boxes had an original estimated release date of "end of September 2025" but due to the delays this turned into "mid october 2025" which was updated and displayed on the product page with an apology notice. We also sent our "delay" emails to customers who purchased the affected product(s) inline with our pre-order policy. This email can unfortunately land in customers' spam folders or some 3rd party email providers can block them entirely.
The delay information email was sent on Monday 6th of October. This is due to the lead time in chasing all the relevant distributors to all affected products which may have been delayed in transit or have other issues which will cause a delay and waiting for a response from each distributor's respective support / sales team.
Thankfully this was a minor delay and your blind boxes arrived to our EU distributor on Wednesday 8th of October, Invoice paid and wholesale shipment shipped on Thursday 9th of October. Then the shipment arrived to us at Anime Emporium on Friday 17th October at 10.23 am (Parcel Force tracking used for time stamp) Then our team dispatched your order at 14:50 the same day.
Sorry for the delays with your order and we hope your order arrived safely and that you received your favorite character in your blind boxes.

Great pricing and customer service
They are always helpful if I have questions about my order and everything is packaged very well. They also have the best prices I've seen for the items I've bought from them(figurines, badges, acrylic stands and small collectibles).

Good communication.
There was a slight delay in shipping, which wasn't their fault, and they replied swiftly and politely to my enquiry on my purchase. Was shipped shortly after and arrived promptly.

Near non existent communication about excessive delays
To be quite fair, once my order arrived, it was all fine. But Jesus Christ, the communication is awful! I don’t know if I can even say that, because there hardly was to begin with. My order was delayed a few times and each time, I received no notice. I would have to email multiple times and then eventually I’d get a reply a few days or a week later. It’s ridiculous. The prices are affordable in comparison to huge retailers that sell similar products, but I’m not sure it’s even worth it to be honest. I wouldn’t order from them again that’s for sure.

very peak but most of the problems are out of their control.
i liked how they replied to my emails and concerns about my package not turning up when it was supposed to.
however the only problem i had was having to wait another month for my preordered figure (which was not entirely their fault.) other than that i'm very satisfied.
