Selected Anglo Pacific after we saw them featured in a 'moving to new Zealand ' type show. I thought they were hones but they arranged it so that once you landed at destination, six weeks to claim, for losses and breakages. We found that we could not unpack into our home but had to place our chattels in storage. When we finally unpacked months later, we found that many items were missing with no recourse to insurance. 2) They only packed part of the house and then once we walked through before leaving realised that they had left stuff in a garage which we would have to pay extra to get another container and delivery costs. However, they made sure that all our stuff packed, arrived intact which we realised was their greatest attribute, especially since using local kiwi removers who are innately careless.

The staff at Anglo Pacific made a stressful time so easy, with great communication and tracking and wonderfully friendly on the ground staff to take care of everything. We moved from the UK to America in 3.5 weeks from packing up to unpacking and sitting down to a family meal.

I am relocating my home contents from the UK to Thailand. Following my initial consultation with Sales Consultant Michael Laverty in mid-March 2025, his patience in explaining everything, along with a couple of video walk-arounds, made the process as stress-free as it could be. Once the removals were confirmed in May 2025, Move Manager - Arman Amnir helped to organise the removals team, and communication was overall good throughout. The removal team of three were great and packed the house up over the last two days. It has all gone well so far, and I have been very impressed.

Great company to deal with. Once I'd confirmed my booking with Dominic, Dipak Parmer the International Move Manager contacted me via email. He clearly explained the next step of my move. Dipak sent me all the relevant paperwork I needed to complete and notified me as soon as he received my replies. Dipak recently contacted me to update me on where my shipment was and the estimated delivery time. He helped make the whole process as easy as possible. I can highly recommend the company and would use them again should the need ever arise.

Arman handled our packing logistics really well; we couldn’t ask for more. He was very responsive to email and pro-active with communication to ensure a smooth process. The ease of communication with the team and their excellent customer service made our experience great. This removed any stress from the process, we were informed of what would happen and dates were confirmed quickly. The packing crew arrived nice and early and were very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. It was a very positive experience from start (with Dominic) to the very end (with Arman). Our items were handled with care and consideration. We won’t hesitate to use Anglo Pacific again.

This was a very difficult time for me, as I had to come to the UK and pack up the house in a 2 week period. During this process I had no access to laptop and poor reception at our house. However I can honestly say that the staff Anglo Pacific made a very difficult undertaking a lot easier. Anglo Pacific was fantastic to deal with from start to finish for our move from London to Australia. Dipak P. coordinated the end to end process smoothly and with great communication. We were also fortunate to have Dipak and Michael available as I misplaced my wife's wedding ring in a box that was packed - thankfully they helped locate it in the warehouse before it was shipped! The good arrived in Australia, and it was seamlessly coordinated with a local moving company who delivered the boxes carefully into our new home. Thank you Dipak and Micheal for helping us move our 14 years of stuff back home!

Moved from UK back to NZ. Items were packed and picked up on 20 Dec 2024 and delivered on 28 April 2025. Dominic provided a great service during the quote process and then Dipak was my move manager.
Pickfords was the company who did the packing and the two gentleman who did it were brilliant. Pickfords are owned by the same people as Anglo Pacific. Super friendly and an excellent job at the packing. Two boxes arrived crushed but no damage to any of the contents.

I had timely and helpful responses to emails and the whole process of paperwork and collection for shipping was efficient and quick. This is an outstanding service for a great rate, I highly recommend!

Anglo Pacific were a pleasure to deal with. I have a furniture shipment going from Wales to south west Florida. Dipak, my agent patiently and with good grace, guided me through the mountain of customs and insurance declarations, which would have been nigh on impossible to deal with, without his expertise.
