Sehr nettes Personal Es gibt sehr viel Auswahl und echt gute köder . Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und hat uns Sachen empfohlen zum ersten Mal Angeln wir sind sehr zufrieden mit den Sachen. Wir waren mit Freunden da und die Kinder haben angelsachen ausgesucht und sie durften beide noch ein Köder aussuchen hat der Verkäufer gesagt sehr nett 👍😀 wir empfehlen den Angel Store es gibt da eine sehr große Auswahl wir finden den Store sehr gut und es ist einer der besten der wir jemals waren. Die Kinder haben beide gesagt „Das ist der beste Angel Store der Welt da müssen wir auf jeden Fall noch mal hin " Also nur zu empfehlen Es lohnt sich sehr dahin zu fahren 👍😀💯

I ordered online Sonik CMX Specialist Rod Saver & Belt
It said in stock but it has not arrived , I cannot get in touch via phone or email to get any response where it is.

I was having some issues with my local tackleshop ordering a spomb rod tip replacement. So I contacted hedge end angling direct for help as they are my closest but a fair way away. The initial phone call made me feel like my issue would be easily sorted and was promised a call back the following day with the details. After not hearing back the following day I called the store to be told by the same member of staff 'I'm to busy ill do it next week!' I never heard anything from them again.
I know I'm not a regular store visitor as I do live 40 minutes away but I used to visit before big sessions to stock up and I have made online purchases. I don't think I'll use them again.
What has happened to customer service in the country I'm genuinely appalled at how difficult it is to get paid assistance.

De communicatie gaat wel heel erg moeizaam. Ik heb al 5x gemaild om een btw bon te krijgen maar het lukt ze niet om die te versturen. Het enige antwoord wat ik heb gehad is dat ik de btw terug kan vragen bij mijn lokale belasting kantoor. Hoe moeilijk is het om een factuur met btw te mailen of bij het pakket toe te voegen?

The customer service I received from AD is absolutely appalling . In fact I dont think I will ever use them again. Bought a pole in May 25 to go away on a 4 day fishing trip when it arrived it was damaged so couldn't take it away with me. Wasn't happy but accidents happen with mail order. When I received the pole on the 5th time of using it the 3rd section snapped so contact AD who said they would sort it 😁 But after 7 months of emailing & phone calls and not being able to use my pole which i paid £2000 for, And also being told countless stories and excuses they finally sent my section out but then on the 4th time using this new section exactly same thing happened again 🙈 contacted AD again they agree to sort it again this time I waited a month before contacting them to be told by customer service that its with the warranty department a d the manager is on the sick and I will have to wait for him to get better and come back to work for any updates surly this can't be true. So I wonder how long this will take 🤔 So a little bit of advise fellow anglers do yourself a favor d stay awesome Angling direct.

Problem with newly purchased Korum chair. Returned to Hedge End branch where it was exchanged with no problem and staff could not have been more helpful.

Probleem gemeld. Werd netjes opgepakt en gecommuniceerd (status) en een perfecte oplossing/service!

Angling Direct is echt de allerbeste shop van de hele wereld, de service is zo ongelooflijk top, de mensen helpen je van A tot Z en verder. Super vriendelijk en erg netjes. Vanaf nu koop ik alleen nog maar bij Angling Direct. Angling Direct super bedankt voor jullie goede en vriendelijke service.ik werd geholpen door Marianne, super service.

Parcel never turned up at house.
Complaints dept never answers the phone,
Will not be using again not worth the hassle.
Use your local tackle shop,less stressful.!!!

Onmiddellijk antwoord gekregen op mijn vraag en bij deze weet ik hoe de zaken ervoor staan nu👍🏽

Een jaar geleden een Solar A1 Bow Lite Landingnet gekocht waar het spreidblokje van kapot is gegaan.
Het team in Utrecht en customer support heeft werkelijk alle moeite gedaan om dit voor mij op te lossen.

Zeer tevreden
Had iets besteld en wilde iets wijzigen. Er wordt direct gereageerd door de klantenservice en aangepast. Vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. Bestelling is ook snel verzonden en ontvangen. Welke goed is ingepakt. Het product voldoet aan mijn verwachting en heb er plezier in om het te gebruiken.
Zeker een bedrijf welke ik zou aanraden in mijn omgeving.

Heel echt tevreden van de bezorger , alles mooi afgeleverd ook al was ik niet thuis , telefoon gekregen dat het geleverd was echt TOP
En ik had vraag over mijn bestelling en ik kreeg de juiste informatie van marianne .

Ware bestellt,Paket abgeschickt und wird demnächst zugestellt,nach 10 Tagen haben sie dann gemerkt,daß das Paket gar nicht versendet wurde,Ware gar nicht vorhanden,Prahlen mit besten Service,lächerlich es gibt keinen Service eigentlich nur 0 Sterne,nie wieder
