What an amazing company lost my dad in feb 26 sent my ashes to have a ring made absolutely perfect

I ordered a memorial ring which I am over the moon with. The service and delivery was excellent. I would certainly recommend Angels Meadow

Awful experience and very sad given the situation,I’ve now used another company after dealing with rude and uncaring people at this company and months down the line when the item finally arrived it looked like something out of a kinder egg,I can’t say strongly enough how awful this company were to deal with and would pray that you find an alternative company

Orderd two items on a Wednesday got the Saturday afternoon beautiful packaged and beautiful items over the moon about them

Lovely charm, which arrived in a beautiful gift box, gift bag and beautifully wrapped. Sent with clear instructions and the tools required to fill the charm with the ashes.

The charm itself is a good weight and hangs well on my chain keeping my mum close to my heart.

The jewelry came smaller than anticipated, appeared larger on the photos.
The ashes sent were not at all used as a large proportion sent maybe a teaspoon full in the tube provided, and definitely not at least quarter were used in the jewelry, bit sad really expecting at least half or more to be in the resin base.

I ordered with angels meadow after seeing them on Google. And I am so glad I did. So easier to do and they keep you updated throughout the process. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. I was anxious as it needed to be perfect and it really is worth every penny

The necklace was just what I ordered and wanted to put some of my husband ashes in which I wear to keep him near me

i ordered a ring to contain my mums ashes and for the ring to sit above my wedding ring, the package that came was stunning , not just a ring in a box but a lovely thoughtfull package with it , the ring itself is absolutley beautifull and well worth the money and it didnt take that long for me to receive it from ordering - i would definitley recommend Angels Meadow

The whole process of purchase was so easy. The item is exactly the same as pictured if not better. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of memorial jewellery.

In October/November 2025, my mum ordered two self-fill ashes necklaces as meaningful gifts for me and my sister after we lost our grandma. When I opened mine on Christmas Day, I immediately noticed that the clasp on the locket would not fully close, which made me worried that the ashes could fall out.

I contacted the company on 27th December on my mum’s behalf. They were away over the holiday period, which I completely understood, and once they returned in January they initially seemed helpful. They offered a replacement and provided a prepaid return label, which gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved.

Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.

After I returned the necklace using the label THEY provided, communication became extremely poor. Despite repeatedly contacting them via WhatsApp (their stated preferred method), I have received little to no response. On one occasion, I was told they were not expecting any returns and would check, only to then say they had not received the item—despite me using their shipping label.

Since then, I have been consistently ignored. As of today (13th April 2026), I have not received a replacement or a refund, and I have not had a response from them in over a month.

This was meant to be a deeply sentimental gift from my mum during a very difficult time, and the way this situation has been handled has been incredibly upsetting and stressful. It’s unacceptable to leave customers in the dark for months, especially regarding something so meaningful.

I would not recommend this company at all. Their lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I have even tried contacting them as a new customer and still received no response, despite their claim of replying within 24 hours.

Overall, a very disappointing and distressing experience.
