SON ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. HE IS NON VERBAL AND IT ALERTS US ANYTIME HE LEAVES THE SCHOOL. LOVE THE LISTEN IN FEATURE IT GIVES ME SUCH PIECE OF MIND.

As a parent of a child who elopes, Angelsense means peace of mind. The product allows me to track his school bus, too! We have been using Angelsense for many years and have seen the product get smaller every iteration, but each time. We are now able to keep it in his coat pocket, but attaching it to clothing has been difficult. (Only reason for one star off.) Customer service is the best part - everyone I speak to seems to have experience with ASD!

I have had angel sense for over a year but only used it a few times. We mainly use it for amusement parks and it works better in neighborhoods. The button is pretty sensitive and kiddo presses it accidentally when we are in the car. The battery drains in 1 day, which is a bummer since it takes a while to charge.

Angelsense has made us feel safe and less anxious every time our daughter leaves the house. I always know where she is and if necessary, can call her and talk to her. On April 22nd, my daughter left the house without my knowledge. If was already dark and raining heavily. I live on a busy street and visibility was bad. I was able to track her within seconds and find her, safe and sound.

Our daughters curiosity, wandering and impulsivity had become more frequent. The last elopement prior to our purchase required police help in locating her. We were so scared and in panic mode when we couldn’t find her. She was three at the time. We started looking into GPS tracking devises out of necessity of keeping her safe. As a volunteer fire fighter I had heard of AngelSense but never really researched it. After checking out all the options we chose AngelSense because of the customer service, and patients the staff had working with us as we explained our daughters needs as well as helping us select our accessories/ wearing options etc. When our devise arrived the staff helped us onboard and to really understand our devise. They are also special needs parents so totally got it when my child was being loud in the background, they truly understood our fear do her wonder and as parents.
A few days after starting to use the device she wandered a couple houses down to the backyard. We were able to activate runner mode and essentially got walking directions to her location once we got close we were able to turn on the alarm and quickly see that she was hiding behind the tree if it weren’t for AngelSense it would’ve taken us a lot longer to find her for sure.
We also like that we can give access to her teachers and one to one aid during the school day, we also give her emergency contact access to the device during school time frame. In the event that School can’t get a hold of us and they can call the emergency contact they also have access to her data for the day.
She has also activated her call button to reach out to us one time just before she started wandering to tell us she was feeling overwhelmed so we able to talk her so the elopement was prevented.
She prefers to wear her devise in the front pocket of her compression shirts but sometimes chooses to wear it in her left pocket so she has easier access to her call button depending on the day’s activity.

I've been very fortunate since getting the angel sense to know where my daughter is at all times it is the best thing that has ever been made I also plan on using it at the pool and parks this summer

I've had an AngelSense device for quite a few years now and the peace of mind is great! I know where my LO is all the time.

AngelSense has been great! We have been using AngelSense for almost a year now and and depend on it to keep my son who has autism safe when he goes out on his own. Just knowing where he is gives us peace of mind. Thanks to AngelSense!

Had issues with earlier version but was told it was because of bad weather that day.
Device was replaced/upgraded to the watch.
Support is awesome as always and watch is far superior . Sound,reception and background is amazingly clear and crisp!

Kori was extremely helpful and walked me through troubleshooting my device! She also called me back to make sure it was still running properly. Thank you!

Also; AngelSense is truly the most valuable device I’ve ever purchased in my life.

Don't buy it unless you live in the city ....the 2g service they have is not good if your childs device loses itscellular signal.... this is a very bad choice by this company to have the device rely on 2g cellular service.So if your child wanders from your area and the device loses signal then you will not be able to locate unless it regains signal...very scary and dangerous

We bought an AngelSense to track our son when he would go outside.

The device arrived, and nothing was functional on the app or device until I called and said we received it. Then the app worked after call 1 to customer service. Except both the one way and two calling did not work to the device from both my wife and my phones.

After 3 or 4 more calls to customer service where they got us to reboot the device AngelSense said it must be an issue with the SIM card.

So a few days go by and we then get a SIM card replacement. We install the new SIM card and follow all the steps and….calls will don’t work to the device. One way and two way. The calls just result in a “number not in service”. This is Right in our house with perfect cell service for everyones phones and the thing still can’t be called.

The topper is I then emailed customer service again saying how disappointed I was at the device and would like a return or refund since it’s never worked and nobody responded to me. No email follow up or call back. Just a total ghosting.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.
It seems like the issue is with the SIM card and whatever vendor they are using as a carrier and it is such a hassle and frustrating.

I bought this after the second time my son escaped from home. No typical lock, chain lock, flip lock or other device could keep him from eloping if he wanted to. His school recommended this, having experience with it. After buying it, I was immediately relieved just knowing I could find him if it happened again (fortunately, it hasn't). It's not just a GPS tracker though, there are tools for one or two way communication, real time alerts for anything out of the ordinary, a method to see the quickest path from you to your loved one, and your own 'First Responders', basically a personalized search and rescue team who will get an alert if need be. As the parent of a 19 year old man with autism, I would highly recommend this to anyone with a special needs person in their life who is prone to wandering off.

AngelSense has given me three precious gifts- assurance of my son's safety, peace of mind for myself, and freedom to allow my son to grow. Without AngelSense I would never be comfortable sending my son to a clinic for therapy. Now he is able to attend safely and I can feel comfortable knowing he is protected by AngelSense.

I have been using the Angelsense service since 2018. My son is nonverbal and has Autism and he was starting school at 3 years old. I was so worried about him being out of my care and had trouble trusting others with him. I worried about him running away from them or the school, him having a hard time because he couldnt express his wants and needs and I of course worried about how he would be treated. The Angelsense helped me to let go a little and send him to school without having an anxiety attack every time I dropped him off. We purchased mainly for school, but we quickly started using for everyday like. I know let him play in our fenced backyard and I dont have to hover over him to make sure he is still there, I am able to go inside for a cup of water or to use the restroom and know he is still safe. We just started traveling as a family and we do not go ANYWHERE without his Angelsense. I highly recommend and I am very confident that he would not have the quality of life that he has achieved, without his Angelsense.

AngelSense has been a life saver for my son. My son is 6 years old and autistic. He is verbal, but has a severe phonological processing disorder that makes him very hard to understand. He is also unaware of danger and tends to run away/elope. After he ran away twice, we decided to give AngelSense a try, and we couldn't be happier. He has eloped once since we have started using the device and we were able to locate him very quickly. He was in a wooded area, and we 100% believe that AngelSense could have saved his life that day.

Angelsense has helped give me peace of mind when my daughter with Autism attends school. I could not imagine our lives without Angelsense.

This is the best thing ever!! Every parent or guardian that takes care of a loved one with special needs HAS to know about Angelsense.

Angelsense has allowed me to have peace of mind each day.
If ever my son wanders off I will be able to locate him.
Also, if my son ever needs to hear my voice when I am not around him I am able contact him and speak with him.
