I had Paul coached me on the CBSA interview. Paul really went above and beyond to guide me through all the things I need to be aware of thoroughly and professionally, more importantly, he is one of the most patient people I've ever dealt with. I couldn't be more prepared for my interview after getting coached by him. The only issue I had is I didn't find them earlier! The OTEE Practice Exams are real and challenge the applicants. However, you cannot see all the answers. It was a valid experience on the bright side.
On the other hand, I booked an interview coach twice, received the email with my booking ID, and yet, nobody reached out. I failed in the inteview and I take full responsibility for my choices and decisions. However, regardless of the outcome of my interview, I would be more confident if the team could help me.

I knew I had some interview skills and I could structure my words, however if it wasn’t for my interview coach Rusty, who worked in policing for 27 years in several departments, I wouldn’t have done as well as I did. Rusty helped me structure my words and put them into STAR+L format, the way interviewers like hearing a story, he also helped me understand questions that would be asked and statistics I needed to know. Thanks Rusty for helping me do great on my interview!!

Rusty is awesome. The two sessions plus the mock interview gave me a lot of confidence right before my BDI and i was able to pass it.

The program for the OACP Prep was basic. There were many repeated questions on the practice exams. To the point where it was more just a memory game than trying to solve the question. I also found questions that had the incorrect answers listed as correct. When addressing the company about this issue, I was never contacted. After completing my OACP exam, I noticed some sections were not covered in the prep test. As a basic overview, it is good. If you want a more in-depth study, then I suggest using an Ontario based comapny that specializes in the OACP test.
