Andrew Martin’s contracted courier, UPS, delivered my material to a random address in a different town. I immediately contacted UPS to sort the issue and did receive the material 5 days later. Andrew Martin sent an email giving me the new delivery time, but omitted the date.

This was my first purchase so wasn’t a great start and I don’t feel it was particularly well handled, either in terms of resolving it or apologising. It is always important to remember that couriers are contracted by the vendor and blame can’t be passed on.

Good product, good service.

I wish could be more positive as customer service was kind of helpful but my negative review is due to the crippling cost I paid due to very hidden costs for lighting so buyers beware. Unlike their many designer competitors, AM charge a 20% restock charge. And it’s really not clear during purchase. Having bought a £1k light fitting that is nothing like the quality seemingly shown online - I’ve lost £200 to them. And to top it all off- they need £25 to collect it. What a shame you run a business this way. You took £225 from me for what? How can you justify that? Will never look at your site again - so much better experience with your competitors. I regret ever dealing with you.

It's a shame items cannot be returned to showrooms. Colour of rug was paler than appears on wesbite

We have a holiday let for which we purchased a pair of the Greyhound Chairs in Glacier Storm. The chairs are an ideal size, small to not take up too much room yet big enough to sit comfortably.

However, we have had our third of this chair now break in 4 years.
The first chair broke on the frame immediately behind one of the front legs. I spoke the Andrew Martin and it was replaced free of charge. Their customer service was very good.
In 2024, the second chair broke (part of the original pair), in pretty much the same place. I wrote a review then saying how disappointing it was and Andrew Martin contacted me and said they sell 100s of these chairs and none had broken like this before and therefore I was told the two original chairs must have been a faulty batch and they replaced the chair free of charge.
Today I have been informed that the chair has broke again, the one previously replaced (1st replacement).
Our holiday let is has been let out for a total of 80 nights this year, so I cannot put this down to excessive use. The chair again has broken near the leg on the main base frame.
Either we are the unluckiest people ever with regards to this chair or the design is not fit for purpose. I will now look to replace the pair as I do not have any faith that the chair is fit for purpose. x
it is a huge shame as I said before they look beautiful and are a good size. But unless they are not really going to be used, I cannot recommend this chair.

Thank you, Robert, John and Graham. I brought a combination of outlet stock with brand new chairs. I had been to the Andrew Martin on TCR the day before, but I decided to buy the chairs full price from outlet as the guys blew me away with their brand knowledge and patience. I spent a few hours in this store, in between meetings. A unique shopping experience for me! They could not do enough for me, giving me access to wifi, buying me a Starbucks whilst helping me measure up and decide on furniture. A breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. Every person that walked through the door that day left at the very least with a smile, to include and eldery lady with mobility issues that staff were incredible towards. Great knowledge, empathy and compassion. Showroom standards for outlet prices. Robert runs a tight but happoy ship which reflects in ace customer outcomes! Thank you!
