AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered some Pokemon cards. Cards were 100% fake. Raised a complaint with the site and sent them evidence. They ignored me ever since.

SCAM SITE - do not use, waste of money.

Non delivery of item, false contact number and false tracking number. Any email replies are AI generated and not helpful at all. Luckily my bank accepted my disputed transaction with this company and reimbursed me.

I recently purchased a 2TB SSD device from Andrespol.com website. It turned out to be faulty and incompatible with my HP Laptop. When I reported this to Andrespol they refused to offer a refund despite their "30 day hassle-free returns policy". Not only am I out of pocket from buying their faulty device, I have also had to pay to have my Laptop repaired following the damage caused by plugging in their faulty device. My advice to anyone would be DO NOT TRUST ANDRESPOL.COM

Terrible customer service, wanted to return what had ordered as not suitable, they will NOT accept the return & provide a refund, after several months contacted bank to arrange a refund. Scam company. Wish had seen reviews before ordering.

Do not buy from this company. If I could score minus one I would. I ordered a bird feeder it took three weeks to arrive. Arrived damaged, I requested a refund. They ignored my email request and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived damaged I requested a refund again. It took 17 days for them to respond to my request for a refund, they said a replacement had been dispatched. I looks like I will have three damaged bird feeders. They send them in such flimsy packaging. Surely this is costing them more than providing a refund.

Do not buy from this company regardless of what you want to order .

Do not buy from this company size 4XL black jacket doesn’t even fit a medium nowhere near what size they say. Would not take it back for refund after chasing them twice. Arrived in plain plastic bag . No info . No branding. No information on return policy.
Cost 30.54!!. Quality poor. Bought similar product from Amazon for 9.99. What a rip off.

After waiting about a month for the clock to be shipped from China, it stopped working after 4 days

I ordered a car seat extender for dogs on the 8th October 2025, the item was supposedly in stock. I paid with Apple Pay and , as the company is supposed to be located in Coventry, expected the delivery to take 72 hours maximum. After 5days nothing had arrived so I emailed them and got a response saying that the item had been picked and that it was with the courier awaiting dispatch. I tried to track the package, through Shop.com, and that’s another story, with the order number they had given me , only to be told that there was no such order number. I also put the order number into the search box on the Andrespol website only to get the same answer, no order found. Have emailed them four times and received the same email repeatedly that had been sent to me the first time. As others have pointed out the , so called, contact number is not recognised when you ring it. This company is an absolute scam and should be investigated and barred from being on any search engine. I am now in the process of recovering the money I lost from my bank. Do not buy anything from this company, you have been warned.

update to this post. It’s now 10th November 2025 and my Bank has just messaged me to say that they have recovered the money I paid and it’s been refunded to my account. I’m amazed that they have been able to recover the money back to me, as the emails I continued to receive from Andrespol , every time I pursued this with them, became even more unbelievable, the last one I received said that I should have received an email from Shopify with proof that I had been refunded the money I had paid for the undelivered item, where Shopify fitted into the equation is anyone’s guess and I received no further response from them after that. As I have already said, this is an awful scam company and had I read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering anything, I would have avoided this outfit like the plague. I warn you again DO NOT order anything from this company it is a complete scam.

Order a track car seat, the quality is not safe enough for a kid to be (2 year old or even until 4).

I have tried to get a refund and have exchanged more then 30 to 40 emails without help and support. They aren't willing to fulfill their return policy.

I placed and order a week before i tried to track the item I can’t track it.I emailed them but no reply then I called on given number but its fake number.Its a fake website beware.I would give 0 star if there is an option.Contact your bank please and make refund otherwise you will be scammed its totally scam company.

Ordered some TCG cards, shipped from china so 100% fake. 8 days still not processed even though the website says 1-3 days
Contected them for a refund they avoid the questions
Had to go through the bank to try get the money back
There not registered with companies house either.

Ordered a dress looked nothing like the picture, I have emailed several times no reply phoned no answer, didn’t seem to be a business line either it was just a person voicemail
I think this company is a scam company stay away

Ordered 16 days ago. Had 3 different tracking numbers and still no delivery. Can’t get an answer via email or phone. Terrible company !

Very slow delivery. Complete failure to respond to emails, calls and texts. Would not use again.

Ordered a lamp on this website. 2 weeks have passed and the order still hasn't arrived. I have send them an email and tried calling multiple times with no response. Appears to be a fake website.
