I was very satisfied with quality of the product and servis. If you are from Europe as I am, you just need to accept the distance, so it can take longer time to get the parcel.

No problem at all, recently moved from Midtown NYC area, south a little more time is expected

Thank you. We'll be happy to send you another order Stephane. Good medicine indeed.
Crooks and Scammers!
Over four months later - no package, no refund, and they don't care or respond. Crooks and scammers. Do not do business with them unless you want your hard earned money to be stolen by people who do not care.

Legit Seller and Excellent Service!
Excellent experience with Andean Naturals, product quality is superb and shipping to the East Coast of the USA took about 3 weeks. Had an issue with the bags that were shipped ruptured inside the box, which caused me to lose about 10% of the product. Seller immediately took action, sent me replacement product that more than covered my loss, and is changing the bags to prevent the issue. Couldn’t be happier with my experience working with them so far!
