Anchorsbook Yacht Rentals Arvostelua 

I had a wonderful experience with Anchorsbook Yacht Rentals. The booking process was smooth and easy, and the team was very responsive to all my questions. The yacht was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was organized professionally, making the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured that we had a great time from start to finish. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and memorable yacht rental experience. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Stay away from them. The good reviews must be fakes. They are aweful, the boat was poor quality, the food was missing and they simply just didn’t inform us about it. The decoration was a joke. They handled that very poorly and the whole experience was such a disappointment.

I booked with Anchorsbook for my birthday party and it was great. The boat was clean, the captain was friendly and the DJ they provided did an amazing job. Music was great the entire time and all my guests had fun. The booking process was easy and they provided great customer service. Great experience overall and I will definitely book again.

Booked a mega yacht with AnchorsBook for a birthday celebration and I was amazed by the customer service and the quality of the service. Highly recommend.

We booked a yacht through Anchorsbook Yacht Rentals for our wedding party the night before our ceremony.

We chose a yacht months in advance and paid ahead for the yacht, catering, decorations, and DJ.

A few weeks before the wedding the yacht was suddenly changed to a new yacht in a different location.

ONE WEEK before the wedding (with our 100 guests already knowing all the details) the yacht and location were changed yet again. Not only that but the timing of the trip was delayed 1.5 hours and we did not want a late finish the night before our ceremony.

However there was no other option so we had to go ahead with the option given.

The boat was a shambles. There were two toilets downstairs with one having a broken floor and one having no toilet seat. We had specifically chosen a yacht originally with toilets on the ground floor for our elderly guests.

The DJ was awful and my friend had to take over to revive the party.

The food was adequate but there was no bread for all the dips and not enough cutlery and plates. There was also not enough soft drinks provided.

The decorations were a joke. We had 20 balloons pathetically hung up in a square dropping off the ceiling. Luckily the company refunded us the 1000 aed we had paid for this.

The photos provided by the photographer were also of very sub par quality. We could have just taken better on my Samsung phone.

Would not recommend at all. Was very disappointed by how our wedding celebration turned out.

The Captain and crew were great. We were looked after very well. I would 100% recommend you go on this cruise and with this company.

Anchors Book was amazing to work with! They had gone above and beyond for my party of 12 and I highly reccomend them for any charter services! Jack & Adam were organized and communicated well!

Had a great experience renting from AnchorsBook for my birthday. Highly recommend.

Engaged in a discussion with AnchorsBook to ensure that a specific site would be part of the tour, to which I received confirmation. Unfortunately it was not the case and the Burj Al Arab was NOT part of the tour did — instead there was a significant amount of time spent simply drifting in front of the Jumeirah Residences. Disappointing to say the least.

I booked a yacht from Anchorsbook For my Birthday with Food Catering and birthday decorations the experience was amazing and the food was delicious. The yacht crew and captain were very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Build up to the event was fine, small adjustments were made which wasn’t a problem.

A day before I had to request to have two guests taken of the party and was assured a refund for their food which was paid for would be reimbursed - still waiting on this. No attempt from the company to resolve this.

On the day of the party, we step aboard all fine. 10 minutes into the trip the captain tells me I’m to pay 200 AED for the chefs bbq grill? This I was assured by Anchorsbook was all included in what we paid, so whilst trying to enjoy ourselves I’m having to ring Anchorsbook to resolve this problem (middle man comes to mind).

First time using the bathroom, and bear in mind this was sold as VIP/Luxury, no tissue/towels to dry your hands, rusty fixtures and generally not the cleanest.

The package included 3 inflatables for 600AED extra. When we dropped anchor and the 3 inflatables we expected to be rolled out were no where to be seen. One inflatable slide appeared that had seen better days with a tiny pump trying to keep it inflated.

We informed Anchorsbook of this and we were told the other two inflatables were due to be brought out to us. This didn’t materialise. So yet again, myself and my partner on the phone to Anchorsbook. ‘Sorry no more inflatables and a refund for the 2 inflatables would be paid back to me’ So my maths would say 3 inflatables 600AED for the 3, that’s 200 AED each?? 400AED to be refunded.

Nope was told that I would receive 200AED only!

After the event, zero attempt to contact me to apologise and take bank details etc to pay these refunds.

Fast forward to 2nd May and after me making numerous messages and calls, no offer for the refund of the missing guests food that they we didn’t receive or refund for the inflatables. This on top of not enough food being provided per person, cold food which should have been BBQ’d on the chefs grill that they were trying to charge 200AED extra for!

To summarise.

Okay service up until the actual day with substandard food and facilities, and not providing the package that had been confirmed and paid for in advance. Beware of booking with them, quick to take your money and not forthcoming with providing refunds.

Interesting that they didn’t message me after the event to provide a review for their website.

We booked yacht to celebrate a special occasion for my daughter. Communication was great initially and staff member kept us informed however what he did not inform me was the decoration on the boat and he just assumed that I knew everything about his decoration package. We paid a big amount for 3 hour boat so wouldn’t have thought that cost will come with that basic decoration. I would class the decoration as below average with 24 ballon’s and one simple banner of happy birthday.
I would not hire a boat again via him.
