Anchor Cars Arvostelua

Polite and professional company
Steve B collected my car today, a lovely man very helpful and informative
Would highly recommend

Very efficient sales process and Steve B was great to deal with. A straightforward handover.

Great service from Chris Rollason on the purchase of our Ford Transit Custom, it was made very easy, and a great handover by Grant after delivery to our house, all in all a great experience

Steve gave me a regular update as to where he was on the 120 mile delivery route. When he finally arrived he was very friendly and showed me the basics of the car; an electric one which I had never driven before.

Grant collected my vehicle and he made the handover very quick and simple, he was polite and friendly.

Steve B has done a great job and is a very kind person. He had an excellent communication with us and he had a great service.

A very slick operation. Spoke to many members of staff & each one was helpful & professional. It made the process of selling my mum’s car at the agreed price (unlike the last trader who tried to offer me £2.5 k less than the agreed amount) very simple & quick. An excellent service throughout. Jeff who collected the car was delightful & helpful. All in all highly recommended.

Really easy to deal with. Everyone I spoke with was great but Adrian really looked after me. Cars is immaculate and will definitely use them again.

Pick up was very good and Grant was clear with his communication

Sold our car to Anchor. The driver Steve.B. Turned up promptly to look around and test drive the vehicle. He was very professional and made the process very smooth. Would highly recommend both him and the company.

We sold our car to anchor cars and I could not thank Grant enough ! He checked the car properly and was also very friendly and helpful!

Process took a few days to get going after selling through carwow, but as soon as the collection was confirmed it all went super smooth. Steve B was great and didnt knock money off even tho I was a few miles over the claimed amount.

I sold my car to Anchor via Carwow.
Jeff inspected and collected the car. He was very professional and explained us the whole process. The money was transferred to my bank account immediately after the inspection finished.
Overall a good experience.

Sold my car to Anchor via Motorway.
Overall a great experience.
It took a bit longer to agree the sale than the 48hrs Motorway state, but once I contacted Andy, at Anchor, it moved quickly.
I was paid a fair price for the vehicle.
Grant who inspected and collected the vehicle was very professional and explained the process clearly, 5 bonus stars for Grant!
Once he'd finished the inspection and test drive, the money was transferred to my account in a matter of seconds.

I recently purchased my first 4x4 Anchor Cars and couldn't be happier with the experience. The salesperson Jack was brilliant with the entire process and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable used car!

Sold car through Motorway - Anchor Cars were the highest bid. Achieved good price. Received email from Richard with a form attached, then received a phone to arrange collection. Jeff came down looked over the car and gave it a test drive, all good completed paperwork and drove it a way. All in all a pleasant experience.

Very pleasant experience selling my Tesla model 3. SteveB was great to deal with and very professional.
Overall smooth experience albeit sad to sell the car.

Made me feel at ease and where not pushy like some other garages, would go back again

Great customer service and car prepared to a high standard. Professional and straight forward. Would highly recommend.

Genuine review, please do not replay with your story, Faulty Jaguar turns into a nightmare, Overpriced, conned me with a care pack that does nothing for £290 told was included with the vehicle price, yes yes, faults and money spent within 3 months guarantee due to the lies, and being cowboys, No service has been done with a fake stamp without date, I'm glad got ride of the nightmare returned it to the finance with all recipes to proof. This company is full of lies, go somewhere else, I 100% do not recommend it. 0 stars
