Do not trust Anax Capital with your hard-earned money. My experience with their support team and management has been a absolute nightmare.
They accepted my deposit smoothly without any issues, but the moment I requested to close my account and withdraw my remaining $927.54, they changed the rules. They blocked my funds behind a new "liveness biometric check" that was never required when I originally deposited my money. As someone who has previously fallen victim to a liveness scam and suffered severe financial losses, I refused to submit sensitive biometric data for a simple account closure.
Instead of accommodating a standard manual wire refund to my original payment source, their support team dragged the process out for days with copy-pasted script replies. They claimed senior management would call me to assist, which turned out to be a complete stalling tactic. Nobody called for days.
