US and Canada orders run perfectly. International DTC has had a few customs paperwork hiccups but they've been responsive every time. It's improving. For domestic DTC alone I'd give a full five.

It’s taken a huge weight off our shoulders.

The AMZ Prep team are nice folks. However, we did not have a good experience at all.
1) The software platform was poor.
2) The promised savings in shipping DID NOT OCCUR - the cost of shipping was same as Amazon's UPS.
3) While we did a lot of research on them yet invested significant man hours to make it work.
Bottom line - be careful!

Strong Partnership Thanks to Our Dedicated CSM
We ran into a few hiccups initially, as one of their facilities was giving us shipment problems on our account, but we were able to get it squared away. It did take longer to get squared away than we would have liked (2 months), but the team got it pushed through and were given the option to use a different facility (they have 4-5 locations that you can choose from). Normally, we would have moved on to a different prep center, but we have a fabulous client service manager, Jacob Penney, and he went above and beyond to get us taken care of. He is extremely responsive, takes ownership, and always provides excellent service. It has been smooth sailing since then, thanks to Jacob and the team. Additionally, it's nice to have a portal where you can manage your inventory, submit requests, and you can even create alerts for when your FBA inventory gets too low. They have also built a process for Walmart orders. I've worked with other prep centers where we work off of a spreadsheet and it's a headache and it's prone to human error. This is a step above and shows the company is tech-forward and can easily scale with your business. It's also a huge advantage to be able to use different locations throughout the US (we currently use their CA and SC, which helps on freight costs).
