AMYET S6 - They sent me a bike that has a battery that doesn't work (the top battery). ASIDE FROM THAT, I had emailed them ,tried to call their number and it doesn't work. It took me a while to get in contact with the company, after I had informed them that they sent me a bad battery with the tire almost popping in front of my son,they sent me the wrong tubes and I paid for insurance. They don't have a number to call customer service you can only reach this company by email. Unexpectedly my tire popped inside the kitchen I'm so glad that my son was not crawling. I made sure to put the legitimate PSI. I would never buy from this company ever again I would highly never recommend this company, it's a waste of time and money!!!

The rear motor only tops out at 17 mile an hour and the front motor doesn't run at all. There's damage throughout the frame where it's been spray painted with a can of much darker green to cover up the damage and the battery won't hold the charge. Other than that one of the worst decisions I've ever made.

The Amyet V9 G60 is my first ebike. I needed a way to get back and fourth to work, which is a fairly short distance with no hills. This ebike had many good reviews - Plus I watched lots of YouTube videos about this ebike before I bought it and most said it is very reliable.
A couple of important features I needed was for it to be easy to get on and off of as I'm old and not very flexible anymore. And it is rated for a 330 pound weight as I'm also a big guy at 6ft. 1in. and around 320 pounds. And it is very easy to get on and off of it and it fits my size well and is easy and comfortable for me to ride.
I really enjoy riding this ebike and an very happy with it so far. I have only a couple of complaints - The shipping took several days longer than it should have to get here - Which is NOT Ameyets fault. It was boxed well and arrived in perfect condition.
And within the 1st five miles the front tire went flat which you could also say isn't Amyets fault. However, the tires are very thin. I can understand this considering the low price of this ebike. The best way to prevent this? When the bike is new - Put some tire sealant in the tubes. Since I did this I've had no flats.
Some complained about the brakes. While I can't lock up the tires with the brakes (which is probably a good thing) I can tell you they slow my 320 pounds down to a stop plenty fast for me when using both brakes. I got no complaints about the brakes - They do the job.
Also, if you are a big person like me and you have hills to go up, this ebike slows down a lot going up hills! Which is to be expected with my weight and this bikes power rating. Get an Amyet bike with two hub motors if you have hills to climb in your commute. If you have no hills in your commute, this bike will be totally fine.
Overall I am very impressed with my Amyet V9 G60 ebike - It is much better than I thought it would be!! The fit and finish and overall quality of this ebike is pretty impressive considering the price. Thank You.

Happy the bike arrived on time and undamaged. 200 miles on it and no issues. The instruction manual was not written very well, you could use some help there. I hope the bike holds up over the next year and, if I run into any problems I hope your 1 year warranty I quick simple and easy. Thanks so far,

I had an issue with one of the tires from shipping, . I reached out to customer service and the sent me a replacement tire right away..

My son worked all semister to get all A to get this bike. The bike had some default issues when it arrive but we communicated thru email to customer service and they have fixed the problem. They respond by the next day and the customer service was amazing. We figured out a solution and my son cannot be any happier. Waiting on new bike to arrive. I would recommend this company to every. They are amazing and actually care about the people that purchase from them. Get your E bike from them TODAY...

The bike arrived with some issues but were resolved quickly. Communication was done thru email but the amyet team responded fairly fast. The company takes their service serious. I am happy amyet didn't dissapoint. I love the bike's design and is fast, very fast and well built. Will buy another one in the near future.

Well built, well packed and operates better than I expected. In North Carolina it has to be registered with the DMV if you want to ride on the road as a Moped. The rear finder has to be cut down because it hits the license plate. That’s the only problem I have found with it so far.

Received it early. Grandson loved his Christmas gift.

I bought the Amyet s6 bike. My dual motors aren't working! My rear motor works, but my front motor doesn't work. I don't know how to fix this, and the customer support has been of no help. I had high expectations for this bike, and none of them were meant! DO BETTER!

I’ve been waiting for my battery and brakes for like 20 days and I still got nothing.

By the way! The just offered me that the will send me a phone holder (are you serious!)

Love the bikes. I bought 3 bikes. 2 EB26’s and one EV900s. One of the EB26’s had a shifting problem. Took to a bike shop for proper repair, AMYET reimbursed me quickly. Very satisfied in that respect.
But now on the EV900s I’ve been trying to purchase a 2nd battery for it. And they tell me they are out if stock and not sure when they will got some in. Love the bike, but really would like to have the 2nd battery for it. Communication is hit and miss. Sometimes they answer back timely and sometimes it may be a day or two. I guess if I could get the 2nd battery I would feel a lot better.

Very great bike. Fastest I have went on it is about 41-45 mph. Very good for transportation. Went out with it for 6 hours and lasted an extra hour on the way home. Recommend this bike to anyone who is willing to go for a fast ride.

Everything went well, they kept me informed about deliveries. The bike is so much fun, we are so happy we chose this one as we share it adults and teenagers. Would love to know if you can install a back seat for my 11 years old son. Thank you
