Amsterdam Printing Arvostelua

Voor een kleurprint werd €3 afgerekend!

I had a great experience with this company getting my logo on a Coffee Mug that I purchased for distribution at a local favorite diner in my home town of New Smyrna Beach…

After two reiterations and changes I needed with the product, they came out great and delivered on time even with the bad weather reports out in January causing delays (Koodos UPS)…

Definitely will be reordering more from these folks…

Thank you very Much!

Every time I order from this site, it will ask me to update the billing address after I place the order. The order doesn't actually go through, but they place a hold on my credit card for the amount of the order. When I go to update the address, it doesn't give any option to resubmit the order, so I have to contact customer service to finish placing the order. This has happened 3 times now, so I will not be ordering from them anymore. It is too much of a hassle.

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt

Beautiful pens. Fast accurate service. Good job

The product I purchased was utter garbage, the stylus pen would start to write then within 2 sentences would run out of ink. I thought this was a fluke so I tried the next 12 pens, all did the same thing. I contacted them and they apologized and pointed out that I was past the 365 day guarantee so there was nothing they could do then came back with a 20% off my next order smh. I'll be giving all of my business to National Pen instead of splitting up my budget. They had a moment to wow a customer but instead they fell flat, at least they responded fairly quick, shame the response was such a flop.

My order arrived exactly how I had specified it.
Thank you, so much!

Fast and easy ordering. Order received quickly. Project was very nice.

Customer service did a great job in answering my questions and looking forward to seeing our new pens to be given at Father's Day.

Pete made all things easy when reordering and understood our deadline for the order to arrive on time or before our event.

Sales agent was a good listener, friendly and optimistic!

Convenient and easy to reorder which saves so much time.

Had a glitch with our order but they were able to reorder for us at no charge. Appreciate the professionalism!

Great service and excellent products

Everything was great talking with the customer service representative and she was very professional.

Easy to find the product wanted

Amsterdam Printing has for the past 20 years come through for us with NUMEROUS promotion projects. ALL items that you folks have supplied to us over the past 2 decades have been top notch and the service we receive from our LONG TIME contact has been nothing short of stellar. Thank you Sue Anderson!!! You rock!!

A great company to purchase from. Communication is great with fast delivery. A small hiccup that was taken care of and reshipped almost faster that the original order. A genuine service rarely executed in today's time. You can expect a great experience from this company. I would definitely recommend to family, friends, and business associates. Thank you.
