Highly recommended!!!
We decided to use AMS purely through their reviews. I am so glad we did.
Communication from the off has been fantastic, Ellie was on the ball returning calls and sending emails. We have just had a level 3 residential survey done and it is one of the most thorough surveys I've seen. It was presented in a simple and informative layout. The survey was carried within 5 days of instructing them and the report was back within 5 working days. Thanks to the survey it uncovered a catalogue of problems hidden which sadly meant we decided to walk away from the property we had set our hearts on . But it wasn't meant to be. We will certainly be using AMS again for our next survey

Thank you so much for your detailed 5 star review. We’re really pleased you chose AMS Surveys based on our reviews, and it’s wonderful to hear the experience lived up to your expectations.
It’s great to know Ellie kept everything running smoothly from the start, and that Joe carried out such a thorough Level 3 residential survey with a clear and easy to follow report. We always aim to provide detailed, practical information within a prompt turnaround, so we’re glad this came across.
While it’s understandably disappointing to walk away from a property you were excited about, we’re pleased the survey helped uncover hidden issues and supported you in making the right decision. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to helping you again with your next purchase. We’ll pass on your kind words to Ellie and Joe. Thank you.

In preparation for selling my house
In preparation for selling my house, I arranged for a survey to check for dampness and any timber issues. Bobby, the surveyor, was a delight to work with. He patiently walked me through each step of the process, ensuring I understood what he was doing and shared the main findings with me. The report arrived quickly, was straightforward, and included actionable advice. Bobby had a great grasp of the challenges associated with older homes like mine from the 1890s, and his recommendations were satisfying. He was readily available for follow-up questions and clarified details once I had the report. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would strongly recommend their services for anyone needing a damp survey.
