AMS SURVEYS | Chartered Surveyors Arvostelua

From start to finish the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the company, everything was explained in great detail which was invaluable as a first time buyer. The company was honest about the type of survey I needed so I didn’t spend additional money unnecessarily and the follow up questions I had following completion were answered immediately. I couldn’t recommend this company enough they by far offered the best value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The report was returned to me within 7 days and the level of detail and investigation carried out was excellent.

Absolutely brilliant service! Anthony was amazing. Fast & very efficient. Anthony produced a very detailed report

AMS surveys offer an efficient service, very easy to arrange over the phone with a friendly and very helpful representative, once arranged I was able to follow the progress online and they produced a very thorough report on the date promised, very happy with the service.

I found the whole process quite easy from booking the survey to the finished report.
The finished report was thorough, professional and gave helpful information as to our proposed house purchase.
I would thoroughly recommend AMS surveys to anyone purchasing a property as it’s good to know beforehand what could be an expensive repair

Communication was super easy and Jo was able to help with arranging of our structural engineering in short time. Service was great, professional, and report was delivered on date provided. Definitely recommend this company! 🙂

Really helpful from the start. Clear costing and what was included, which helped seal the deal. Not the cheapest quote (in fact, one of the more expensive), but certainly get what you pay for. My L2 report was over 130 pages long, which is pretty impressive. Quality was high, with loads of pictures and descriptive text. Advice and report was more risk-averse than I would have thought - but that's what I was paying for. Really happy with the service and recommended.

Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone at AMS Surveys were exceptional. Communication was second to none. Kept me up to date with my Survey and dealt with any enquiries I had. Excellent telephone manner from all.Quality service. Would highly recommend. I would give more stars if I could.

When I was searching for a survey I considered using one that I had used on a previous purchase, but opted for AMS after a brief phone call with their onboarding team, they were friendly and to the point.

When I recieved my report it was more detailed than any I had recieved previously and even contained images justifying the points made.

I appreciate the service and have been given a lot to think about with my purchase.

Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful!! So thorough and completed without any issues. When I told people the things that came up on the survey, they said these were things that got missed by other companies when they had moved and were having a lot of troubles fixing the unknown issues. Very good value for money and very good communication.

Thorough Speedy Service - would recommend

Fast to respond, fast to act and received our report quickly. Very thorough in their work with great service. Highly recommend

A very thorough, detailed, yet easily followed Level 3 survey report provided. Service very quick and competitive. I would definitely recommend.

Great service made thhe whole process so easy. Fast and efficient on getting out and kepted upto date.
Nice phone call @ end explaining all about the sevey was really asurring to have that service

Excellent comprehensive report and the surveyor was happy to answer our queries on a phone call. The office can sometimes be a little busy and leaving a voicemail is not always possible but we always got a callback within a few minutes.

The communication and support has been excellent.
Debs assisted with the booking of the survey and answered our queries and provided advice where required.
Jo also supported us and we couldn't be happier with the service.
It was great being able to log in online and follow the progress of the report and to message Debs and Jo with any questions.
The level 2 survey report was exceedingly thorough and we are greatful for this and thank the surveyor for their time. We definitely recommend AMS Surveys and would use the company again - without hesitation - in the future.

Really pleased with the service offered. Called to check what was required before instructing the survey. Cheapest price by quite a way compared to other providers. Report was very detailed and was sent after 7 days as stated. Would recommend and use again in future if needed.

Extremely professional service as well as friendly and helpful throughout the process. Very detailed report which identified a long standing damp problem that other companies has failed to diagnose. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

They did what they said they would do.
When promised and in good time.

Fantastic from start to finish!
The sales tactic was not pushy, which was a breath of fresh air when purchasing a property.
The survey was booked quickly and the surveyor turned up as planned.
The report was issued within a week despite it being the easter weekend- super impressed by that turnaround.
The report was thorough and well written.
AMS Surveys have been the only company I've dealt with during my property purchase that have done as they said they would in full and on time, highly recommend.

Swift booking and on request the report was also ready in 5 days which was really helpful as I was in a rush. Portal was easy to use too.
